Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.

Il giardino è privato e completamente recintato, perfetto anche per amici a 4 zampe. Il luminoso salone con grandi vetrate regala una vista sulle colline circostanti. La casa è dotata di cucina attrezzata, camera matrimoniale, soggiorno con tv e divano, ampio bagno, lavanderia e postazione di lavoro.

Monolocale con angolo cottura attrezzato, bagno e lavanderia. Completamente indipendente si trova in un borgo del 1400 ristrutturato, nell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, località Marzabotto-Luminasio. Il borgo dista 2 kmq (in salita)da Marzabotto e circa 20 kmq da Bologna. Marzabotto è raggiungibile da Bologna con treno o bus. Ma per arrivare al borgo bisogna avere la macchina perché non ci sono mezzi pubblici che da Marzabotto portano a Luminasio.
