Cottage vacation rentals in Mary Lake

I could not recommend this cottage more, and I will definitely be back. It was very easy to locate and there is plenty of parking on the driveway. Inside the cottage, we found an extremely well stocked kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Outside of the cottage, we spent most of the time on the beautiful, new dock overlooking Sparrow Lake. There were plenty of water sport toys available for us to use, the water was shallow and perfect for swimming, and we enjoyed seeing all of the float planes coming and going to the lake. In the evening, we spent time on the upper back deck overlooking the lake, where there was the bbq and hot tub. We felt right at home and cozy; I just wish I could have stayed longer! I brought along my dog who was very pleased to find cookies and a toy provided by the host. Thank you so much for hosting us and we plan to return next year! :)

This is a beautiful place to stay, right on the lake with an amazing view, and a friendly beaver right next door! Our highlights were the hot tub, the fire pit and kayaking on the lake. This spot would be amazing in the Summer. The house is clean and well set up, the 2 downstairs bedrooms are small but just fine for sleeping. There is plenty of room in the rest of the house.

Great cozy cottage with a private lake entrance. Miles was a great host. Hot tub & sauna were very enjoyable and overall the place was great.

Wait.. there is no option for 6 stars!?! Wow, where to begin!?! From check-in to check-out, our group had a fantastic time. Our host was super friendly and easy to connect with at all times. Our group had 8; 6 adults, a teen & a child. Everyone was entertained at all times from the karaoke machine, the games, the hot tub, the firepit, the kayaks & canoes, the swimming, and the stairway to haven, which was truly breathtaking taking!!! The town of Halliburton was a short 10 minutes away where we enjoyed some shopping, lunch & coffee. We were celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary; 78 & 73 years young and they rocked that staircase several times! We frequent Air B N Bs often and this is by far my new favourite. There is already talk of a return visit in the future. Highland Bliss is gourgeous, loaded with all the amenities, is spotless, super comfortable and my family is so thankful to Marcia for allowing us to visit her beautiful space and create lasting memories!

We had a group weekend getaway and loved our stay! The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The host Ashley was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful escape to recharge!

Jennifer's place was a perfect gathering point for our birthday family reunion. The accommodation was spotless, bright and warm and even had a little pack and play set up for the baby to have a nap. The grounds were stunning as was the view. Our only regret is that the weather did not cooperate so water activity was limited to a polar dip followed by a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A beautiful retreat that our family thinks should be an annual event.

Chorong was a great host! Leading up to our stay she was extremely responsive as I had a lot of questions! The house itself was stunning. Clearly it is taken care of and maintained very well. All of the beds were so comfortable. Outdoor area was a lovely space. Would definitely like to come back in the winter as I am sure the scenery is beautiful.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at this cottage. The lakefront property is beautiful, clean, and our favourite part was watching the gorgeous sunsets that could been seen from the terrace as well as from inside. Jesse was easy to reach and made sure that everything ran smoothly and that we were having a good stay.

Such a perfect little getaway spot. Super quiet and private — loved relaxing in the hot tub at night and hanging by the fire. The place has a dock with kayaks and paddleboards, which made the lake time extra fun. Everything was clean and cozy, and it just felt peaceful the whole time. Already planning to come back!

Beautiful, clean cottage on a beautiful lake! Loved the sauna and the deck down by the dock. Was the perfect size for the 6 of us. Kitchen was great, beds were super comfortable. Would come back for sure.

Jennifer’s cottage was perfect for our family of 6. Well decorated, very warm and inviting. Kids loved going fishing off the dock and making smores by the fire.

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s property! The neighbourhood has several close by attractions. The nearby falls, rapids, beach, and the Hope tree were all within walking distance. The property was clean and very comfortable. Michelle was responsive, friendly, and very helpful throughout our visit. We would love to stay again and highly recommend Michelle as a great host!

Walker’s Haven is an absolute stunner!!! We came up for a girls weekend and fell in love with it instantly. The interior is gorgeous, just like the photos show, and so cozy while being spacious at the same time. But our favourite feature was the outdoor space The location of the fire pit with its string lights, the second deck by the water, the spacious dock… the whole layout is perfect. The lake is gorgeous, clear and just so peaceful. Also great for fishing! We had a great time, despite not having the best weather, and we hope to come back again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us!

Our stay at the Eh Frame Haus was awesome. The cabin is beautiful and private and the property is spectacular. We loved the private dock, hot tub and big living room-was roomy for 4 of us, but definitely enough space for 6 or more. Janessa was a great host and check-in and everything was easy. Can’t recommend this place enough, we had a great time!

we had a great time at Jessica cottage , the cottage was very clean and had everything. it was very peaceful and quiet that's what we wanted, kids enjoyed the beach and kayaking. we are already planning to come again next summer.

The cottage was very cozy and clean. The view from the dock is really pretty around this time cause of the autumn trees. The hosts answered all my questions and they were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I visited the A-frame with three of my girlfriends and it was the perfect burnout escape. One of my friends was working remotely while we were there and, when we briefly lost Internet, Amanda was so responsive and helpful. My friends really wanted me to add here how much they appreciated the welcome wine that was left for us. Everything was absolutely perfect, we don't have a single suggestion. My girlfriends and I returned to our busy lives totally refreshed. We would recommend this place (and any other place that Amanda manages because she was just lovely) 1000% and we will be returning!

Cannot recommend this cottage enough! Had a great time with my family, the apartment was fantastic, and the view was better than I could’ve imagined. 10/10 would recommend!

We are a family of four with two young kids, and the stay in Azar’s peaceful waters cottage was great. The cottage is beautiful, decorated in very good taste, perfectly equipped and feels very homey. It is very clear that many details have been thought of to make it extremely friendly for guests, particularly for families (for example, there were spare change of sheets in the children’s bedrooms). We stayed there during a snowstorm weekend, so there we didn’t do a lot of travel around the area, but just staying in and hanging around the cottage was beautiful and very enjoyable. The location is very private and quiet. It is a perfect place for families. We would definitely come back to Azar’s cottage to visit the area at other seasons as well.

The place is as described - quiet and hideaway! It was perfect for 5 people. She provides coffee and tea for those early mornings and everything you need for s’mores at night. Wifi was a little slow and had to dry as we washed due to the small drying rack. One downside was that you have to take your garage with you at the end. the dump site is a 20 min drive and opens at 11, so couldn’t start our day too early. Overall experience, was great

We really loved our time here! It’s such a cute little get away spot. Very peaceful. The host was so nice and communicative. We had all the cooking utensils we needed. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet peaceful retreat.

Ewa was very good host and very responsive she kept her beautifully decorate and neat and clean all amenities we found are high end no complains we have extreme wonderful experience and infact we extend our one day more in this property I recommend this and give full 5 start to host and this listing
