Monthly Rentals in Martinez

I stayed here for a few months on a temporary work assignment. The apartment was clean, and had everything I needed including dishes, a dishwasher and washer/dryer for laundry. If I had any issues or requests, Mario would address them almost immediately. I felt very comfortable here and would stay again in a heartbeat!

My fiancee decided to secure Sarah's place as the locale for her wedding-day eve she-pad. It was meant to be a place of rest and peace so she could prepare for our wedding day the following day. Sarah's place delivered! My fiancee had a peaceful time staying there with her mother as she went over the last details of our wedding and Sarah's apartment also served as a respite for us after our wedding day. It was clean, cute, peaceful and everything she said it would be. The place was spotless and we could tell that Sarah really cared about her place, as well as cared about us because the decor and the snacks(especially coffee) made us feel at home and welcomed. If we didn't live so close to Sarah, we would plan on making frequent return visits to her space(we still might!). Thank you Sarah for everything!!

I stayed for 3 months while working in the area. Definitely felt like home, not just a place to “stay”. Any concerns/questions were responded to quickly. This was my first extended stay and I’m so happy it was here. I felt safe and secure, the grocery store with Amazon locker are down the street, easy access to the highway, and a dedicated parking spot. The private patio with locked gate is wonderful and adds an extra sense of security. I would stay here again if I’m in the area and will certainly recommend it to friends and coworkers.

This was a really wonderful home perfect for our small group. There was a large fully stocked kitchen for cooking and a great table to gather round. There is a very large washer and dryer. It is in a nice, quiet area. We would definitely come back here.
