Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Marne

Sam and Jessika left us very clear instructions for checking in which was very helpful especially for parking the car. The apartment is in a very good location, between the city center and the big champagne houses, both of which are about a 15-minute walk away. It is also in a very quiet area and after a day full of activities it was good to rest quietly. Thank you Sam and Jessika for your availability during our stay!

A short but very comfortable 1 night stay. We needed secure parking but wanted to walk to visit the city so location was perfect for us. The flexible check out was great. Would recommend

The apartment is centrally located in Épernay. Many shops, bakeries and also the Avenue de la Champagne are within walking distance. The private parking space in the underground parking lot is an advantage and also suitable for large cars. Attention: the entrance to the underground garage is very narrow for a large car. With a little practice, however, it works and there is plenty of space inside the garage. Cathy greeted us very nicely. She only speaks French, but helps herself well with translation apps. Upon arrival, she showed us the parking lot and the apartment in detail, and a bottle of champagne was in the refrigerator. There was nothing missing in the apartment. We will be happy to come back!

The guides with their tips for the are, the location of the apartment and the host’s communication were all great! They even let us check out 25mins late, very kind! The apartment looks exactly like the photos, there’s an outside terrace and AC inside. If I had to give 1 point of improvement, it’s that the beds are quite squeeky. Otherwise a perfect stay and worth the money for us due to the amazing location. Thanke again!

The location was perfect, in walking distance of everything we wanted, no hesitation in staying again should we want to be in Reims. We had a pleasant stay with friends at this beautiful property. The location along the Marne is very pleasant to walk around and very peaceful as well. The accommodation is very good, with a lot of charm and the perfect bedding. The instructions provided to us were very clear and Mathilde always responded quickly to our requests. Good to know, there are shops (bakery and super market) in the village 800m away. I would recommend this place.

everything was perfect

We stayed with a group of 4 friends at Pascale's place. The house was spotless clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Also the bathrooms were very big, nice, clean and equipped with fluffy towels. We got the code for the locker box for the self check-in a few days in advance. The overall communication with Pascale was easy and she responsed very fast. Saint-Masmes is a small village, but we even managed to order an Uber to Reims. I would definitly recommend Pascale's place for everyone who wants a nice house to return to after a full day of champagne tours and tastings.

This apartment perfectly met our needs for a couple nights in Epernay! It’s very comfortable, good location with parking, and as described in the listing. Jean Philippe Et Isabelle are such thoughtful, gracious hosts - we sincerely appreciated the toys they set out for our toddler to play with :) highly recommend staying here, and we would absolutely return!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches—she had a bottle of champagne, fruit juices, and sodas waiting for us in the fridge, which set the perfect tone for a relaxing trip to the Champagne Valley. The apartment itself looks like it belongs in Architectural Digest—immaculately clean, stylishly designed with chic modern appliances, and full of elegant charm. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and the shower, with its pressure, was a piece of art in itself. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the center of it all, surrounded by cafés, shops, and the vibrant energy of Reims. Sophie was an outstanding host: responsive, accommodating, and incredibly kind. We felt so well taken care of, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

The best part about this place in Epernay is that it is in the perfect location so that after you have done many champagne tasting you can walk back you your place and don’t have to drive. My favorite item in the apartment is the kitchen table transforms into a pool table Pretty cool

We were visiting our daughter who is working in Reims. The location was perfect (just down the road from her apartment). The location is in central Reims so easy walking distance to the Cathedral and shopping area. Tourist Office just up the road. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We were met by the cleaner, who gave us the keys and explained everything. Marie was easy to communicate with. Very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again next time we're in Reims.
