We had a pleasant weekend at Clem's cottage. The accommodation was exactly as described and is suitable for children. My kids were able to safely enjoy the outdoors. We also enjoyed the space, which was well-equipped. Clem was very responsive and available throughout our stay. Thank you so much!

Nice comfortable house with a lawn all around and a terrace, very well located near the lake. The interior is very clean, the mattresses comfortable and it is nice to have the beds made. Céline is available by phone at all times and welcoming, she and her husband make sure that you have everything you need. (There is also a booklet with all the activities, restaurants...) We arrived at noon and we were able to picnic with the children on the Terrace while 2 ladies cleaned inside. So the four of us had a lovely stay

We had a great time in Avignon. The cottage was really cozy/cocooning. The environment is peaceful and quiet to unwind. The raclette tray was hearty and very good as well as breakfast. Regarding Laura, she responded quickly and helped answer any questions that we had.

Beautiful location and ideal for with children! An indoor swimming pool is available but also petanque, trampoline, badminton, foosball, table tennis,.. There is no air conditioning and due to the horses and the heat there were also many flies. Ideal location close to Reims! The only negative point is that there was a leaf in which it is asked to clean yourself if no fee was paid for it. As a result, we did not find it so clean considering people themselves (more superficially) cleaning (e.g. Kitchen cabinets, tiles next to the toilet,...). But still we would come back immediately due to the ideal location with children!

We would love to visit this airbnb with our kids every summer! They loved watching the horses, playing on the playground, and swimming. The other families on-site were friendly and we enjoyed bbqing with them. The location was quiet, but quite close to the champagne houses we wanted to visit. Parking was ample, and the owner had a cute puppy. Our airbnb was large and clean, and my husband appreciated the AC in our bedroom.
