A lovely place in a quiet village not too far from Reims, a welcoming host with a lovely property and good enclosed garden, perfect for our dog. The addition of a filter coffee machine was great. Parking is easy nearby. The bathroom has been upgraded since the photographs with a nice big and powerful shower. We would visit again.

We had a really pleasant family Christmas stay at the Champenoise farm! The living room by the fireplace, the large New Year's Eve table around the stove (the kitchen opens into its extension), the foosball, the pool table, the sauna, the board games, the long walks in the surrounding countryside, there was something to delight all generations! The hospitality of Jean-Yves (and Caroline!) was perfect! For the summer, the house also has a large garden. Just thirty kilometers from Provins; ideal for a getaway! I highly recommend it!

Well located for visiting the key places of the Ardennes and Champagne. Close to Belgium. Charleville Mézières, Sedan, Verdun, Vouziers, Chalons en champagne and Reims. I recommend the village of Bouillon in Belgium located after Sedan. Lots of hikes to do. Beautiful walk to do along the Canal des Ardennes. Annie and her husband are very nice and have good advice for visiting their region. Quiet house. ideal for relaxing. We were very well received. Thanks to Annie for her delicate intentions. Very good stay in a beautiful area.

Truley a heaven for your dogs. The house is located in a quiet rural area, the nearest supermarket is 10 minute by car. Although it is not in a touristic area, still easy to travel other villages nearby by car. Bernard and Faustine welcomed us with big and warm hospitality. Thanks!

Thank you for the lovely break. a quiet house, without parking difficulties, a pleasant garden while having the city center within walking distance. The house is clean, very well renovated and the mattress is of good quality. i recommend it 200%!

We had the most wonderful overnight stay here with our two children. Even before our stay we were in touch with Michel, who already told us that he had a ‘mini-market’ in the kitchen and fridge with items to buy (great prices). This was comforting because it was Easter Day. Michel was there to receive us and guided us to the annex next to his residence. We immediately felt at home. The house is clean and has all you need and more. The pool is clean and warm (even in April) and Michel already heated the jacuzzi. The garden was kept nicely and Michel put cushions on the beds and lounge beside the pool. We lit the outside fireplace for diner and enjoyed the evening. In the morning Michel showed us a great 10k run and we even enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi again. Michel is the most lovely and caring host we ever met in a b&b. Truly amazing and we will be back!

An exceptional place in all aspects. The entire property is carefully decorated and the garden is a haven of peace. The area set up for the jacuzzi was perfect: atmosphere, setting, light, small room with bathrobes and towels so you don't have to go through the whole house. Excellent! The reception room was an undeniable +, I couldn't have imagined a better place for this evening. Great value for money, friendly, helpful and a gorgeous house puppy for a bonus! Swimming pool was always free for us to use. Nice outdoor seating area and BbQ. All the bars restaurants and cafes a short walk away. Friendly family who were kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend

Nice house, close to Paris, perfect for meeting as a group (there were 9 of us). The seating area with the fireplace is perfect for relaxing. Neighbors' chickens at our window every morning to delight children. Christelle is very friendly, available and accommodating. Thanks so much!

For several families, we appreciated the size of the space and the indoor pool. The bedrooms are well arranged so you can have space.

Our family had a great stay at the Chateau and it was a perfect base to explore Epernay and Champagne for a few days. Xavier and Perrine were lovely and available if needed. very much appreciated the menu of cold champagne waiting on the fridge! Our kids fell in love with the place, particularly the goats in the moat! Great hosts, thanks guys x

We spent a family weekend there, we were looking for a quiet place with beautiful services and it was really the case. The house is beautiful and spacious and the outside is huge and fenced, it feels safe with children and animals.

Thierry’s apartment is in a nice quiet part of Champagne in beautiful surroundings. My boys enjoyed the pool and it was great to have garaged parking. The apartment has a modern fitout and is very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great place close to Lake Der. the Hosts are remarkably kind and have always been very responsive when we needed them. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped for four people and two dogs. Only small downside, the wifi connection that disappeared from time to time, but nothing serious. we recommend it without hesitation!

Small but functional accommodation where you feel good , very clean with good bedding. The decor of the room is original and tastefully made. The small private garden with terrace is a real fact more than my faithful four-legged companion loved it!!! I recommend

A super campsite with lots of green space, fun pool for our children and so close for us to access the lake cycle path. A great place to spend time and very comfortable, well-equipped accommodation.

Audrey's place is actually a gem in the wonderful village of Orbais l´Abbaye. Located in a very quiet street directly from the village center, you feel right at home the first time you enter. A very cozy house with a wonderful vibe. Many beautiful municipalities of Champagne such as Cramant, Avize or picturesque Epernay can be reached in a good 25 minutes by car. We are very much looking forward to returning to Audrey's charming cottage.
