Environment as described. Very quiet and relaxing. It allowed us to recharge with a beautiful landscape. I would recommend 100% and we'll be happy to go back.

Spacious basement with dining-living kitchen, bedroom with extra sofa and TV, neat shower room with toilet, washbasin and shower. Also there is direct access to the garden with a table and chairs. The location is about 10 minutes drive from Chateau-Thierry, a somewhat larger place with restaurants, bakery and big shops

The cottage is even prettier than in the photos! Behind the house, you have a great view of the valley and the neighboring gardens. Across the street is a lavoir fed by fresh spring water. The stay here was a perfect end to our vacation, I had booked the cottage as a stopover for the return trip.

Nice house, well decorated and equipped, tastefully redone, with pleasant terrace and garden. Very quiet, harmonious environment, with lots of birds and bats. Very natural. Only downside: the 2 bedrooms upstairs, the large sofa are comfortable but the extra bed in the games room is not suitable for an adult to sleep in good conditions. The dishwasher was malfunctioning, we washed by hand. Otherwise, everything is positive. The neighbor who owns a mushroom farm is adorable.

An address that we should hide to make sure we can book it! Sébastien's house is really great, a beautiful atmosphere, it's warm, it's beautiful! Add a really impeccable cleanliness and you have a beautiful time! The weather didn't allow us to enjoy the garden and the beautiful terrace, but it will definitely be great when the weather is nice. We recommend this home without a second thought!!!

An exceptional place in all aspects. The entire property is carefully decorated and the garden is a haven of peace. The area set up for the jacuzzi was perfect: atmosphere, setting, light, small room with bathrobes and towels so you don't have to go through the whole house. Excellent! The reception room was an undeniable +, I couldn't have imagined a better place for this evening. A safe place to keep for other occasions :) Perfect communication with Elodie who is attentive to your expectations. A big thank you to you and congratulations on your work.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful accommodation. We were 6 adults and 6 children but there was ample room both indoor and out. The bedrooms are all a great size. The childrens' dormitory room is spectacular. The kitchen is excellent and we used both the indoor and outdoor dining areas. The garden is huge and very secluded. The pool and tennis court are excellent. Faultless accommodation. The hosts were similarly excellent responding very quickly to any questions including about how to find a doctor on a bank holiday! I thoroughly recommend this stay.

Régine is a very nice hostess and the cottage is super. Clean, nicely decorated and authentic. Beautiful and well maintained garden. Swimming pool is enclosed with a fence, so that children without a swimming diploma can be kept out.

Beautiful house in a beautiful, peaceful environment with lovely heated swimming pool. Hosts were very attentive and easy to get hold of. Lots of very useful information about the area, activities and places to eat before and on arrival. We booked Champagne tours and meal at Chateau de Sacy well before arriving. Perfect location for exploring the Champagne region.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Elena. We have stayed at multiple a number of accommodations that say they are dog friendly, but this house, garden and the hosts, truly were. There is no doubt that Elena and her husband are dedicated dog lovers and it shows in all the details they have considered in this property, even going the extra mile to create a safe and enclosed environment in the garden for your fur babies. Both Elena and her husband were phenomenal hosts, extremely kind and responsive. The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean and you can tell that every detail has been considered and provided for your stay. The area is very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful walks and hikes nearby, accessible straight from the house. You can relax here with 5 star amenities AND have your beloved pets with you, which was just what we were looking for. Thank you, Elena - we loved our stay!

Had a lovely weekend at Matthieu's! My spouse and I wanted to leave the Paris region for a little calm. The goal of calm in a peaceful setting is largely successful. :)

Great accommodation within driving distance to Reims. Communication from the host was great and was extremely welcoming. Comfortable for 2 couples with a good kitchen and very comfortable lounge. Fantastic outside space, great to relax in. Excellent coffee machine. Supermarket is a 5 minute drive away. Reims is 15 either by car or taxi. Easy and safe to park outside. Very quiet little town.

Pauline’s place was beautiful and located perfectly in quiet neighbourhood in Épernay. Few very good champagne houses nearby, and other just in a walking distance. The apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated! Good beds and spacious bathroom. Everything was also super clean when we arrived. Moreover, Pauline has thoughtfully considered what our kids would need etc. baby cribs, a sitter, toys, and high chair. I would stay at Pauline’s place again any time, highly recommended!

We were 6 adults and 1 child in Suzie's accommodation for 3 nights during a long weekend. The geographical location of the house is great because we were able to visit Reims for 1 day and Epernay for 1 day without driving too much. It is located in a quiet and safe area (with the gendarmerie 2 steps away), you can easily walk in the vineyards and taste champagne in the village (on foot). We particularly enjoyed the petanque court in front of the house, and the sheltered terrace overlooking the vineyards allowed us to spend all our meals outside. Our daughter was able to enjoy the enclosed garden and swing and we enjoyed the hot tub for our evenings. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. The only point to raise; the neighbor's rooster that wakes up very early and sings under the windows...

Very nice house, nice and bright, the XXL TV is a plus. The park along the lake from the back of the house is really nice and very well maintained Impeccable fishing return👌. I would recommend this rental. We'll come back to that again. Angela and Philippe

Location was phenomenal. Even came with 2 pet bunnies, Pompette and Choupette with access to a garden. Would definitely stay again. Friends stayed in the 1st floor air and it was gorgeous as well.

We enjoyed Sami's cottage, located in a quiet and unusual location. The cottage is well-equipped, functional, modern. Its location makes it easy to visit Reims. There's also a hypermarket nearby.
