Self-contained and spacious accommodation with unobstructed views. As nature lovers seeking tranquility, we acquired this old farmhouse located in a green setting, surrounded by pasture, a pond, and a stream. We have completely renovated the main house and carefully furnished the barn. The outdoor improvements are not yet finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. The accommodation is located in Bouvancourt, a charming little village 20 km from Reims.

This peaceful 130 m2 house offers a relaxing 50 m2 stay for the whole family on enclosed and wooded land, at the foot of the champagne vineyards. 10 min from Vitry-le-François, 20 min from the first beaches of Lake Der, 45 min from Nigloland, 1 hour from Reims, 2 hours from Paris. 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and 1 garage. Netflix and Disney+. Extra €3 per person for towels. The house is rented for 6 people maximum, no parties or gatherings.

Beautiful charming property just 1 hour from Paris via Bercy on the A4 motorway or 50 minutes by train, nestled amidst the Champagne vineyards and rolling countryside. For your safety and peace of mind, the grounds are fully enclosed. The house is very well-equipped, with refined and high-quality décor. From April/May to October, the swimming pool is heated. A tennis court and a gym awaits sports enthusiasts, as well as a foosball table and a ping-pong table.

Nice little house in Champagne Fiber internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

Located in the heart of the vineyards of the Reims Mountain, the Grange à Bulles was designed to welcome you and make your stay unforgettable. It is located 10 minutes from Reims, and 20 minutes from Epernay by car, close to several UNESCO World Heritage sites. La Grange à Bulles can accommodate 5 guests with its two bedrooms and their private bathrooms, and its sofa bed. A private HOT TUB will allow you to relax at your leisure.

A warm and comfortable 17th century house that sleeps up to eight people. The authentic charm, the countryside, the garden, and the swimming pool shared with our second gite (under video surveillance) will help you recharge your batteries in a peaceful setting (swimming pool from May 15, weather permitting). The restaurant (a few meters away) is located in a 1930s-style winter garden and offers traditional French cuisine.

Castle in the Marne Valley

I was born and have always lived in Passy-sur-Marne, so when the castle in my village was for sale, I didn't hesitate for a moment to acquire it. This castle, in ruins and uninhabited for several centuries, has found a new life thanks to work that began some twenty years ago. You will have a beautiful apartment with a south-facing terrace and stunning views of the Marne Valley.
