Cozy cottage in the countryside

We are pleased to welcome you to our small, cozy 35 m² cottage, located in an annex of our property. Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has 2 terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to night. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (the windows are not overlooked from the adjoining owners' house). You can enjoy the 3500 m² garden (shared with us). You can move the garden furniture.

Gîte in an isolated farmhouse on the Champagne route

In nature, in a quiet area on a 30 ha plot, is our farm, built in timber. This is where lovers of walks and relaxation feel good. In summer (July, August) it is a real paradise for families with children, who can help feed all the farm animals. The gîte is in the old master's house. Downstairs there is the kitchen with the dining table, and a room with a queen bed. Upstairs is a bedroom with 3 beds, toilet and bathroom.

Discover a fully equipped, independent guesthouse. The accommodation opens onto our garden, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parking is available directly in front of the guesthouse, and two bus stops are just a 2-minute walk away. Bed and bath linens, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, and Wi-Fi are provided. Not suitable for very tall guests, seniors, or people with reduced mobility (mezzanine bed).
