This apartment perfectly met our needs for a couple nights in Epernay! It’s very comfortable, good location with parking, and as described in the listing. Jean Philippe Et Isabelle are such thoughtful, gracious hosts - we sincerely appreciated the toys they set out for our toddler to play with :) highly recommend staying here, and we would absolutely return!

It's nicer than the pictures. It's on the ground floor overlooking a bright courtyard. There was rice, noodles, sugar, tea, a pleasant surprise. The garage is 30 meters away, very comfortable. It's behind the train station, but you can walk downtown right away. Pascal was always attentive and responded immediately. I was late arriving and Martine waited for me to greet me. I would hire him again.

It was great to stay at Julien’s place in the city center of Epernay. A perfect spot to visit the city and the wider champagne region. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Thanks Julien for having us.

It was a nice stay. Clear instructions for flexible checking in and out. Cyrille is a friendly, responsive host. Clean large appartment, very comfortable beds, all windows protected with stores, well equiped kitchen, great shower, shower gel, hair dryer, towels, linens, heaters provided. A lot of storage space. Nice neighbourhood, fence enclosed building with it’s own parking space outside and inside. We stayed with a little dog and appreciated a walkable distance from the city center, as dogs were not allowed in Reims’ public transport. I highly recommend this appartment for short stays in Reims.

The place was well laid out, very secure, the kitchen had everything you would need, bedrooms had blackout curtains, which was ideal in the sunny location. Loved our balcony for breakfast al fresco. The location is on the other side of town from the main village, but easily walkable to the train station and amenities. Samia was an excellent host, gave us great recommendations and we would return. This place is a great value!

Very clean accommodation, tastefully decorated, the balcony is a real plus ❤️ There is everything you need, nothing has been forgotten. And thank you so much for the kind words of welcome, a nice attention that we appreciated 🙂 Nathalie is a very friendly and accommodating person, we thank her for her flexibility regarding schedules. We would recommend it 100%!!!! ❤️

I spent 3 weeks in the apartment. It perfectly suited my expectations: spacious, bright, quiet, well-equipped kitchen, full of reading (books and comics). If you're in a car, it's convenient, there's always room to park. A perfect stay in every way.

I had a great stay! The place was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located in the city center with shops and everything I needed close by. I definitely recommend.

Perfect location! Everything can be done on foot, 5 minutes from the cathedral and shops Very quiet! Only downside is the cleaning, shower with a lot of dust, the air conditioning in the bathroom does not work, to do the dishes used and dirty sponge... However, we are delighted with our stay! I would recommend it!
