Great value for money, friendly, helpful and a gorgeous house puppy for a bonus! Swimming pool was always free for us to use. Nice outdoor seating area and BbQ. All the bars restaurants and cafes a short walk away. Friendly family who were kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend

For several families, we appreciated the size of the space and the indoor pool. The bedrooms are well arranged so you can have space.

Our family had a great stay at the Chateau and it was a perfect base to explore Epernay and Champagne for a few days. Xavier and Perrine were lovely and available if needed. very much appreciated the menu of cold champagne waiting on the fridge! We had a great weekend at Maryline's cottage. Everything is thought out and set up for families and relaxation. The cottage is tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The bedding is impeccable. The exteriors are very nice and again nicely decorated (really cute Easter theme!) The cherry on the cake being of course the basement with its pool table, foosball and jacuzzi, a slightly strong chlorine treatment that tends to sting the eyes, but does not take away from the jets! Location away from living and night rooms. Really great with small children. By the way, upstairs games room also validated by our toddlers!! In short, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet weekend. Thanks for everything Maryline!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Sarah’s Airbnb. She provided clear and detailed instructions before our arrival, which made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. Our family truly enjoyed the stay, from the comfortable beds to the peaceful surroundings, everything was just perfect. We especially appreciated how well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared the home was. We loved our time here and would definitely return!

Nice quiet house in Champagne, perfect for a few days of family rest, very clean and very well-equipped, both in the kitchen and in the living room (chromescast for the movie night of we:-)). Foosball was a great success with the kids!

Peaceful, quiet and private location. I would highly recommend. Small downside we had several electricity cut off during the night, we woke up with 11 degrees in the accommodation (-2 outside) with an A/C that no longer wanted to restart. I'll let you imagine the cold in the accommodation... but apart from this downside we're going back this summer without a problem

As a family of 4, we enjoyed Stephanie's spacious home. The house was very private and had a lovely large garden. The pétanque field, the ping pong table and the great jacuzzi were a great added value. The village of Semide is very quiet in the countryside. The surroundings include rolling fields. Stephanie welcomed us warmly and always responds very quickly to messages. She lives next to the house herself but has a great respect for your privacy. Thank you Stephanie for a wonderful week!

We had a great time at Anaïs's house which matches the listing and photos well. Easy access for this single-storey accommodation, an appreciable exterior with children in good weather, good bedding and a large living room/dining room/very nice kitchen area.

beautiful cottage! great place to spend some family time with our dogs in a great setting! 3 days of happiness in a place as charming as it is peaceful. fenced ground perfect for our dachshund that sneaks everywhere! the hot tub is super super clean and very nice after a day of walking! jérôme recommended a great activity to do with a winemaker 40 min from the cottage! in short, I recommend it 100%.

We celebrated Christmas there with our family. The house was a perfect fit for our family celebration. There was even a Christmas tree we could decorate. Thierry was always very accessible for our questions. Thank you for this!

We had a really pleasant family Christmas stay at the Champenoise farm! The living room by the fireplace, the large New Year's Eve table around the stove (the kitchen opens into its extension), the foosball, the pool table, the sauna, the board games, the long walks in the surrounding countryside, there was something to delight all generations! The hospitality of Jean-Yves (and Caroline!) was perfect! For the summer, the house also has a large garden. Just thirty kilometers from Provins; ideal for a getaway! I highly recommend it!
