Monthly Rentals in Marliana

We had a wonderful time staying at Carolina's house. The views from the backyard overlooking the valley and surrounding hills was breathtaking. With a really fast WiFi, it is possible to get some work done too ... but why would you want to work, sitting in a place like this :)

The studio was nice, clean and practical. The area was amazingly beautiful. The view to the valley is very nice. Marinella and Fabio are very nice and helpful. We felt there at home. With a rental car we visited various cities (Pistoia, Lucca) and the area (Lucchio, Barga) and Florence by train from Montecatini. This beautiful place is recommended.

We spent three weeks in this beautiful home and loved it. The location is quiet and private, far outside the touristy zones. We were able to use this home as homebase while day tripping around to Florence, Viareggio, Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa and the rest of Tuscany. There are several fine dining restaurants and more casual restaurants within 10 minutes of the house. The house is as charming as you can imagine. The pictures do not do it justice. It is a very old stone farmhouse, but has been renovated by someone with an eye for design and functionality. The view is amazing. We saw wild boar, deer and so many lizards. The yard, pool and outdoor dining area is a dream. The parking area and yard are lined with rosemary, lavender, sage and thyme. We ate every dinner outside. - You need a rental car, no taxis or Ubers. - The driveway is rough at the top. Doable in a high clearance car. - WiFi and cell service were great - There are two buildings: main house + small house across driveway

We had an excellent stay at Veronika's place. Our 3-year old son felt at home right away. We enjoyed the wel equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds (not always the case when you measure 1,97m), lots of closets to put away our clothes, the clean bathroom with excellent shower, the elevator in the building,... Everything is there to have a carefree holiday. If you have a question, Veronika responds almost immediately. A walk to the city center takes about 10-15 minutes, through the park of the spa in Montecatini. We enjoyed the restaurants in the center and the typical Italian coffee bar's with the Italian pastries. Overall we enjoyed an excellent holiday!
