Historic villa with charm

The charming Gründerzeit villa is located in the center of Markkleeberg in the south of Leipzig. We have lovingly renovated it in a historic setting. By S-Bahn train, you are in the city of Leipzig in 15 minutes. Lake Cospuden is within walking distance (5 minutes by bike). The room is located on the first floor next to our kitchen. The bed is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Bikes can be locked in our garage. Parking is possible on the street. The S-Bahn and bus can be reached quickly. There are several supermarkets nearby.

Seminarhaus Zum Waldblick

Room for 2 with luxury bathroom (shower, tub and infrared cabin) in a family atmosphere (all other rooms are common rooms). Ideal for staycation: sleeping in, breakfast in bed and pajama day for pure relaxation. The entire house can accommodate up to 10 people and can be rented on request for family meetings and events, including (vegan) catering. Right in front of the house is a forest with a bike path and numerous lakes. I'll be happy to provide further information.

The house is located in Zschernitz, a quiet village hosted by a small family business in a caring and warm atmosphere. The house is perfect for relaxing stays. The quiet area, as well as the connection to the motorway which is so far that you won't hear any noice but nicely connected for travelers to reach it by car.(10 minutes) Sightseeing in Leipzig and Halle is possible with a 25 minute drive. On request horse riding for kids or sauna are bookable per hour.

Cozy, well-kept room in a 3-story villa in a green suburb of Leipzig. The villa is located in the heart of Markkleeberg, between Cospudener See & Markkleeberger See(10 min by bike). The city center of Leipzig can be reached in 11 minutes by S-Bahn (station 3 minutes away). The room is located in an apartment on the 2nd floor with unique garden views and has two single beds, a workspace & closets. Gastronomy within 200m, covered bike place

The idyll due to the secluded location and nature create a feeling of seclusion, of short immersion. Soothing timecanbe expected. Wide, tranquility, the individuality of the guest villa with only 10 rooms and thus exquisite contact with other people allows an atmosphere of uplifting – "It's like a home, like a little oasis."
