Vacation rentals with a patio in Markranstädt

My 4th visit and still a pleasure to stay in this welcoming appartement. It is located next to the historical center and there are plenty of good restaurant around. And even more pleasant with a nice weather!

The apartment is very clean, nice and modernly furnished with everything you need. Above all, the beds are extremely comfortable! The problems with the WiFi were solved thanks to Susi, who is always quick to respond. Because of sustainability, we would have liked a "real" coffee machine. This and a few hooks in the bathroom can certainly be changed. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this apartment.

The communication with Janko was great. Despite our dust-related delay, he waited for us and welcomed us kindly. The place is awesome and was super clean. We thank Janko and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

We stayed at Iakov's place for 4 nights with our daughter. We enjoyed it very much, the location right by the zoo in the city and yet quiet, as it faces the courtyard. The parking space is perfect, unfortunately a little tricky with a large car, but an experienced driver can do it. The communication with Iakov was very friendly and the check-in also worked smoothly. As a welcome, there was even a bottle of wine on the table, wonderful. We can recommend the apartment and will definitely be back :-)

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Unfortunately, we were not able to check in until 6:00 pm, which disrupted our schedule a bit, but Marco was always easy to reach and always kept us informed. The apartment is really great! You have everything you need and more! We were also not bothered by the fact that the bedrooms could "only" be darkened with curtains - for us completely sufficient. You should also not be very sensitive to noise, as the train passes directly by the apartment and you can hear it very loudly. We would definitely come back!!!

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with attention to detail, large garden with terrace. We were received very nicely. The situation was GREAT for us! Quiet, dignified residential area. The Cospudener See is within walking distance, beautiful beach bar. S-Bahn station can be reached by car in 8, from there you can quickly reach the middle of Leipzig (6 stops). The apartment is located not far from the center (about 10 min walk) and is amazingly quiet and green (trees) on the courtyard side (balcony). The parking lot is perfectly located, next to the building. Everything is available in the apartment. On foot, you can quickly reach the "Karli" or wherever life takes place.

Great place to stay, nice host with fast reply

After my wife and I (as well as our dog) were greeted very friendly and warmly by Christina and her husband, a briefing in the apartment followed. We expected a lovingly furnished apartment, with amenities that left nothing to be desired. Dishes, cutlery, pots and so on, everything you need was available and waiting to be used. Particularly noteworthy, sewing kit for small emergencies and a small FIRST AID bag were there. Even for our dog, food and water bowls were available (dog says THANK YOU). The entire apartment made a very clean, well-kept and cozy impression, this impression was reinforced by the lovingly distributed accessories in the apartment. It was just beautiful…….. Since the apartment is in the backyard, the street noise did not disturb at any time. An extremely cozy porch and a private parking space complete the positive overall impression. Definitely one of the most beautiful vacation homes we've stayed in so far. The pool and all the little things in the garden were of course highlights. But even so, the vacation home was very nicely decorated and communication with Tristan was great. Highly recommended!

We (2 adults, 1 teenager and a dog) were very satisfied. Everything is very nice. The "wild" garden was very pleasing. There are many shopping facilities on site that are also within walking distance. If we're in the area again, we'd book the cottage again.

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic vacation home! The location is simply unbeatable – quiet, idyllic and with a fantastic view of the lake, which we enjoyed every day. The house itself is lovingly decorated, very well maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We felt very comfortable in this great house. Everything was clean, we didn't miss anything. The garden and surroundings are a dream. In the suburbs, you can let the children play in the garden and the landlords are super friendly. There was even a small cake and some nice greetings to welcome us. We got great tips on what activities are possible in the surrounding area. Leipzig Zoo is 40 minutes by car. Sachsen Therme [Saxony thermal baths] - 20 minutes Shopping is good in the village. The house is really fantastically located. Unfortunately, there is no sidewalk on the road to the house. After a short stretch along the road, there are good walking paths. We recommend the place.

We spent 4 days at the fair and had a very pleasant stay. Check-in went smoothly, everything was clean and well maintained. Shopping is right nearby, which was very convenient and everything needed for communal cooking was there. By car, you can reach the fair in just 10 minutes, which is ideal for a stay with a fair visit. After a long, stressful day at the fair, we were also able to enjoy a delicious restaurant right on the street. All around a recommended place to stay!

The listing is as described. It is ideal for children. There are many great ways to play. Felix is very friendly and relaxed. We had a great time feeling comfortable.

We were in Leipzig for the gymnastics festival and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was tip-top clean, the location ideal – quiet, yet central – and the communication with Marcel was super warm and uncomplicated. You felt right at home! Thank you for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is clean, functional and tastefully furnished. It is pleasant to sit on the balcony. 2 tram stops or about 20 minutes on foot to the city center. Shops nearby. Some people may have a problem with the 4th floor without an elevator.

Apartment was extremely spacious and clean. It was conveniently located and walkable to a grocery store and a few restaurants. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

We visited Leipzig as a family for 2 days. The apartment offered plenty of space for the 4 of us and everything was very satisfactory, we can't complain about anything.

Plenty of space and beautiful outdoor area. Super comfy bed and everything very quiet! Very fast and friendly communication. Absolute recommendation for Leipzig! We will be happy to come back.
