Susan was very nice and her place had everything needed to have a great time at the Kirkwood resort. Cabinets were stocked with anything you need to cook meals which you don’t see often with Airbnbs. Definately will be coming back!

We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous and spacious home! The thoughtful welcome basket was such a warm and generous touch, setting the tone for our perfect New Year celebration. Stayed at Burt’s place while attending a herding trial in Gardnerville with our dogs. The place was perfect! It was so peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and a joy to cook in. The dogs enjoyed the yard. Beds were super comfortable, locals were very nice. The restaurant next door, Stonefly, is pricey but the food and ambiance is excellent. We will definitely be back again!
