In the state-approved resort of Zella-Mehlis, we have converted the attic of the "Villa Anschütz" into a cozy apartment with a lot of love for detail. The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen. The view of the over 100-year-old beech and the ancient rhododendron bushes - almost trees - in the garden is breathtaking. The original beams of the roof structure, illuminated with warm light, make the apartment particularly cozy.

This lovingly furnished vacation home was newly built in 2023 and impresses with its unique location and its unobstructed view on a plateau right on the edge of the forest. It is an ideal starting point for hiking/cycling tours in the Thuringian Forest and is ideally suited for couples, friends and families. The spacious property offers enough space. In the house, all 3 bedrooms are furnished in pine wood.

The apartment is fully equipped. The apartment has a large daylight bathroom with shower, tub and underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with all the usual accessories. The apartment ideally offers space for 2 people (1 bedroom with double bed). An extra bed in the living room is possible at any time (pull-out sofa bed for 1 person).
