The Studio at 217 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in as-yet-to-be-discovered East Asheville. This cozy, light filled space is attached to a corner of our handmade log home, with it's own private entrance and designated parking. Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.

The Spanish Studio

Enjoy a taste of Spain nestled in this sweet mountain town. New, contemporary studio with separate entrance under the hosts' home. Spanish art and decor abound. We provide a private space to relax and enjoy the sounds and sights of our quiet neighborhood. You will love our location - great hiking and swimming holes in Montreat (just a 5 minute drive), walking distance to the golf course, Lake Tomahawk and downtown Black Mountain, a 15 minute drive to Asheville and 50 minutes to skiing.

Perfect for long term stays near Downtown Morganton. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment, breweries & more all within walking distance. Built in 1888, as a Cotton Mill & added to in 1949 becoming Drexel Heritage Furniture Plant No.7. Now 45 "industrial" apts. with all modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. The space has no natural daylight (no windows) & allows you to rise and shine well after the sun. Enjoy the nostalgia of bygone days & a "World Travel" themed décor.

Newly renovated, 1,000 square foot apartment is well decorated & appointed in order to give you an experience as fabulous as the location! We have electricity, good well water, laundry, and WIFI! Escape from the storm with everyday luxuries, and a gorgeous view. Check out nearby area's open for business, including Black Mountain, Marion, Blowing Rock, Nantahala, and our sweet local Brewery Hillmann!!! Limit one load of laundry per night. FYI, you share the yard with our other guests and our 3 sweet dogs.

Deep Woods Studio

Enjoy our peaceful ground-level apartment. My house is located just outside of town in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. You can visit Lake James or the riverside Greenway, but you will get plenty of nature right in the yard. I love feeding the birds and other critters so you will see bluejays, cardinals, squirrels, deer, and one very fat groundhog.

Studio B. Be happy! Be comfortable! Quiet, peaceful, updated studio space within walking distance to Warren Wilson College. Conveniently located between Asheville and Black Mountain. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway (5 miles), downtown Asheville (10 miles), the town of Black Mountain (8 miles), as well as many other wonderful western NC attractions.
