Monthly Rentals in Marineland

Our family stayed for a week while I attended a conference. The home was as described for a great value. The home is a short walk to the beach. The only down side is the beach access requires walking down a rocky slope. I do not recommend for anyone with balance or mobility issues. Our family did not have an issue with is. It was like having our own private beach. For those who want easier access, the home is conveniently located near two very close beach access points. One south and one north of the property. Our family went to both. The beach access to the south is nice because there is access to a bathroom and outdoor shower to rinse off with. The one slightly north was great too! We were able to see the gopher tortoises up close there. Lots to do close by - Marineworld, Ft. Matanzas, St. Augustine, bike trails and hiking trails. Jenny has a resource book available in the home with lots of helpful local information. Our family would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at the Palm Coast Guest House was absolutely picture perfect. The space was bright, spacious, and clean — with a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a huge, comfortable bed. The walk-in shower was lovely and stocked with plenty of fresh linens, which we really appreciated after our long days out. We drove in from out of state and were so grateful to be able to check in early. Erin and David were incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better — close to Flagler Beach, great restaurants, and awesome mountain biking trails like MalaCompra and Graham Swamp. Even though we didn’t have time to use the pool, knowing it was available was a great added bonus. The guest house was clean, welcoming, and comfortable, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the peace, quiet & privacy of this home & beach was amazing ‼️ The garage had beach items, chairs, swim boards, towels & beach toys for the children. NOTE: You will need to bring paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap,shampoo & conditioner. Also laundry detergent & dishwasher soap was low for our week stay. Publix &Winn Dixie are close by, so no worries. None of that would stop me from returning again. Our week was fabulous. The game table in the living room wasn’t discovered for a few days, but everyone had fun playing Battleship, Sorry, Clue, etc. Thanks Lauren…. Hope to get back next year.

We loved staying at Joyce and Joe's apartment! We got there late at night, but their instructions were super easy to follow so we had no problems. When we needed beach towels, they were super quick to respond with recommendations of where to go and dropped some off for us! Very helpful! Overall the place felt even nicer than the pictures.
