Monthly Rentals in Marine Street Beach

Very much enjoyed our stay! Perfectly sized for two. The patio in the back was a nice touch, and the space was well equipped. Very walkable to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Dedicated parking is also super convenient if you need it (we didn't, but if we had, we would have been super glad for it). Expect some sounds from neighbors since the lots are close together; example was someone nearby using a chainsaw somewhat early in the morning (but that can happen anywhere). Was very quiet at night. Overall great, fantastic for the price. Would stay again!

We spent our honeymoon in Kristinas place and everything was perfect. Kristina is a great host. We will keep wonderful memories of our time in San Diego.

Your wonderful cozy cottage made our stay enjoyable, relaxing and recharging. The proximity to everything made it easy to walk and explore, even with a 3 year old. He had a great time with all the toys and puzzles you already had and we are thankful for your thoughtfulness for families! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

It is a 10 minute walk to the beach with great restaurants near by. The Promiscuous Fork restaurant is a 5 minute walk and really good .
