La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

We had a wonderful stay in Marina de Pisa at Alessio’s flat. Great space for a family of four with the bonus of a balcony garden. All of the amenities needed for us. Great location for walks along the promenade and a great selection of restaurants. Local bakeries for breakfast and a supermarket up the road for supplies. We had a great time. Alessio was brilliant. Helped us with local transport.

Situata a 3 minuti dal mare, a pochi passi dal centro e in un quartiere carino e tranquillo. Mimmo un host gradevole e disponibile. Per noi che veniamo 2 o 3 volte lanno a Follonica, sarà tappa fissa

Intero appartamento a disposizione, molto pulito e realmente fornito dei servizi descritti nella presentazione sul sito, host disponibile, cortese e rapido nelle risposte. Adattissimo a famiglie numerose e con bambini. Vicino al mare e alla splendida spiaggia sabbiosa. Comoda l'attrezzatura per spiaggia fornita (lettini e ombrellone) con carrello per il trasporto e due docce esterne (acqua calda/fredda) a nostra esclusiva disposizione al ritorno dal mare. Aria condizionata e rete internet in tutti gli ambienti, cucina fornita anche di tutti i piccoli elettrodomestici oltre che ovviamente di stoviglie e pentolame, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Manca però un parcheggio privato che sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta vista la difficoltà nei periodi di alta affluenza di trovare posto auto in strada. Sarebbe così più facile raggiungere i negozi (anche alimentari) che sono in centro avendo la certezza di un posto auto al ritorno. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo. Grazie Cristiano.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Cecina sehr genossen. Marina de Cecina ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort. Die Wohnung war selbst war nahe am Strand und auch gut gelegen für Ausflüge. Die Umgebung von Cecina ist sehr schön. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca, Florenz und die umliegenden Dörfer gemacht. Durch die gute Anbindung an die Autobahn ist das gut machbar. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders genossen haben wir die Terrasse. ❤️ Die Gastgeberin Mersida haben wir beim Check-in kennengelernt. Sie ist sehr herzlich und hat uns ausgezeichnete Tipps gegeben. Sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen 👍

Rossella è una persona di una disponibilità meravigliosa. La sua mission è metterti a tuo agio, aiutarti e venirti incontro. Ceck (in-out) al top. L'annuncio rispecchia quello che troverai, ma non abbastanza. Quando arrivi su quella terrazza entri in un angolo di Paradiso, ti immergi nella natura (in città), il mare ti avvolge completamente (in casa e fuori), il suo suono è un sottofondo continuo. E' stata un’esperienza unica e privilegiata, non posso che consigliarla vivamente. PS: ottima anche per lavorare. Grazie di cuore a Rossella & Family.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for sleeping four adults very comfortably (two more could sleep on the sofa bed) and cooking in the simply but extensively equipped kitchen. It has a big, powerful shower (plus a second smaller one) and the extra bonus of an efficient washer-dryer for rapidly taking care of post-beach laundry, ready for the next day. We visited during the quieter low season and it was wonderfully peaceful. But even in the busy high season the excellent sound-insulated windows coupled with modern a/c would mean that once you’re inside, the temperature in the apartment is comfortable and the street-level noise is barely audible. Having said that, we loved flinging open the traditional green shutters on the windows each morning and letting in the light, air and sounds of the town waking up at street level. We recommend renting the nearby garage to avoid the hassle of finding a parking space.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Unsere Unterkunft in Calambrone bei Christine war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten das große Glück, diese schöne Wohnung für fünf Nächte gefunden zu haben. Christine war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Sie hat extra auf uns gewartet und uns bei der Ankunft alles in Ruhe gezeigt. Die Lage der Wohnung – und des Ortes insgesamt – ist zentral. Man erreicht alles schnell. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt mit allem, was man braucht, und eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten – wirklich ideal! Das war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir bisher über Airbnb gebucht haben. Auch der Abschied war herzlich – Christine hat uns persönlich verabschiedet. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wieder einmal bei Christine wohnen zu dürfen. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank, Christine! Wir wünschen dir alles erdenklich Gute.

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt! Die Kinder haben es sich in der Gallerie gemütlich gemacht und auch gern das bereitgestellte Spielzeug genutzt. Da die Decken der Wohnung sehr hoch sind, ist es auch überhaupt nicht eng. Die Lage der Unterkunft direkt am Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit dem Auto kommt man einfach nach Pisa, Florenz, etc. Wir kommen gern wieder :-)

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, mit Blick aufs Meer! In der Anlage gibt es auch mehrere Pools, die aber erst ab 1.Juni zugänglich sind, war kein Problem….wir sind ins Meer gegangen. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, man kann gut kleine Mahlzeiten herrichten.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento durante il ponte del primo maggio ed è stata un’ottima scelta! La location è perfetta: facile da raggiungere, vicinissima a tutti i servizi essenziali e a due passi da spiagge, locali e attività di ogni tipo. Si può tranquillamente lasciare l’auto e muoversi a piedi per tutto. L’appartamento era pulito, curato e dotato di ogni servizio necessario per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Alice è un’host eccezionale, sempre disponibile e attenta, pronta a venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza. Esperienza super positiva, consigliatissimo!

Ho alloggiato nell'appartamento con il terrazzino e le grandi vetrate che si vede in foto. È perfetto sia per godersi il mare e la tranquillità sia per chi ama fare passeggiate dato che è molto vicino ai principali sentieri escursionistici. Si gode di tramonti sulla Corsica da qualsiasi punto della casa e la notte si dorme con il sottofondo del mare.

Marina war super flexibel, was die Uhrzeit des Check-in betraf und begegnete uns äusserst freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Lage der Hammer, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Strand. Man konnte sogar in der Unterkunft das Meeresrauschen hören. Die Küche war etwas klein, für uns reichte es jedoch völlig. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenhalt! Herzlichen Dank! :-)

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse und einem wunderschönen Blick auf Strand und Meer. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Host und seine Co -Hosts waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr nett und freundlich. Wir waren Mitte Oktober hier und es war sehr ruhig im Haus. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Abbiamo fatto un weelend lungo con gli amici e abbiamo trovato tutto perfetto. La casa è davvero splendida, grande e arredata con gusto. È attrezzata con tutto quello che può servire, ci si sente a casa. Camere ampie, bagni molto curati e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Un'esperienza impeccabile con l'host Simone che ha sempre risposto in tempi brevissimi e ci è venuto incontro anche con l'orario del check in. Il quartiere poi è molto tranquillo e a piedi si raggiunge la zona dei ristoranti e locali.

The apartment was nice and met our needs well. Close to the beach, restaurants and the Italian language school. It was a humid week and AC worked great! It is on a pedestrian street that was quiet most of the time. If you are not an early riser, close the blinds, because on Tuesday and Thursday morning they setup for markets and it gets noisy around 7am.
