The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

Andrea was such a great host who really cares about his guest and guest needs. Infact he was thoughtful that all amenities were already arranged that we didnt need to ping him during our stay. He was concerned about the time we shall reach and Mattia was already there to welcome us and showed us everything around the apartment. Love Firenze and hope to back one day. Our stay in Florence was often beyond wonderful, and staying at #7 in the Carmine area was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, good choice of restaurants, nice areas for walking - a lovely park was about two blocks away. The apartment itself had everything necessary for a home away from home: rolling shopping cart to take to nearby shops; good variety of cook equipment for cooking at home; extra umbrella; very comfy bed; nice selection of books. Enrica herself was helpful in meeting us and explaining the details of the apartment. Bottom line - we hope to return soon.

This is a great place to stay if you prefer staying in a town while exploring Elba. The historic town, supermarkets and local beaches are all within walking distance. The offroad private parking was a blessing. The apartment is large and comfortable for large family or group of friends.

Look no further! You will not be disappointed with this apartment. It is truly the ideal location! It has an elevator, a rooftop terrace with a perfect view of the Duomo, plus a (clothes) washer & dishwasher! It's quaint & gives you a very local feel. The furnishings aren't fancy but are all you need. The 2 Queen+ beds are comfortable & the kitchen is well stocked. Frederica is one of the best hosts I've worked with & even supplied umbrellas on a rainy day! If you are visiting Florence, grab this apartment & ENJOY!!! Ciao!

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here

We spent 10 days in Leonardo & Gabriela’s Oltrarno apartment. It has charming yet sophisticated nautical decor , every amenity , great kitchen, in a well established, upscale , quiet neighborhood. Fabulous local restaurants , patisserie, butchers , fish market and fresh produce within 5 minutes walking . Also walkable to many important Florence sites and museums through the Porta Romana arch gate . It is a wonderful building and a magical experience . We usually stay at elevated hotels and this apartment met all our expectations. They were very responsive and helpful on several occasions. The kindest and nicest hosts. Spacious apartment in a fantastic location, very close to Ponte Vecchio. Super helpful and very nice host. Excellent value for money. Being 6 guests, after the third shower, despite the two bathrooms available we had difficulty getting hot water. But it's really the only non-positive note. Super recommended.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

Apartment was super clean and fits the pictures. Large clean bathrooms, soft comfortable beds. Internet only over 5 g. Large living room with large terrace overlooking the canal. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

We had a great experience at Mauro & Alda's apartment. The place is comfy and clean in a very chill and super convenient area. Fortunately we got good weather and it was very nice being able to cook and have a quiet dinner with wine in the patio.

Andrea and Emmanuel are great hosts. They're on hand to help if you need them. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend the place, with a car you have access to lots of places and street parking is easy. Close to beaches and historic places. A peaceful place.

We spent 5 nights in Stefano's house and had a great time. The accommodation is very clean and well organized, nothing is missing, there is everything you need to make the most of your stay, including a small well-equipped garden and bicycles to get around. Stefano was very present and his mother was very kind and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Luca’s apartment made our visit to Florence even more enjoyable! The location is perfect—close to everything—and being on the first floor made it super convenient, especially if you prefer not to use the elevator. What we loved the most was how clean and well-equipped the apartment was. Everything we needed was right there. Thank you, Luca, for making our stay smooth and easy. I’ll definitely book with you again whenever I visit Florence!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

a beautiful, one-of-a-kind Airbnb. would highly recommend to any couples. LOVED the snacks and amenities LOVED the full body shower My only critique is the hot water heater is small and could not fill the tub or last more than 15min or so of a hot shower so we were not able to enjoy the tub. very comfortable bed one of the coolest airbnbs I've ever stayed.

We loved our stay in Gianluca’s apartment. Gianluca is a fantastic host and was very responsive and accommodating to all our queries. The apartment is stylish, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that this apartment has its own private spa with jacuzzi and steam room. The apartment is well located, in the heart of the town, and just a few minutes walk from the bus station. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Siena.

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.

I have just come back from a 3 night stay at Federico’s apartment with my sister and mum. It’s a stunning property, incredibly spacious with plenty of charm, it was perfect for our requirements. The apartment building is a short walk to the piazza, with plenty of restaurants and shops en route. I have stayed in Siena many times over the last decade and this was the best accommodation I have had yet. Federico is really friendly and very responsive to any questions / requests. I would definitely recommend and we are already planning our next trip! Thank you ☺️
