Great host and great place. Room is a bit cozy but overall great experience

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The private pool was a real highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. The space is incredibly generous, and I especially appreciated that it’s pet-friendly. Our dog, Mila, had an absolute blast! Everything from the amenities to the overall comfort made our stay truly enjoyable. If you’re looking to get away from the busy city center, this villa is a perfect choice. The nearby souk, with its modern supermarket, cozy cafés, and great restaurants, adds a lot of convenience. The community itself is green, safe, and very walkable. Loved everything about this place , clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect.

Overall great value for money stay in comparison to other options. Aya was proactive in communication and accommodated an early check in and later check out. Great views from living room and bedroom. Living space nice and open. We used the car parking space and security were helpful. My daughter loved the beach, which was only a 5 minute walk away. Would highly recommend.

one of the best locations in Dubai, close to the tramway and metro. 5min walk to JBR and 2min walk to the promenade. close to Marina Mall. the place is cozy, great for solo travels or couples. I recommend 👌

What a fantastic stay! It all started with heartwarming welcome of Mohammed. He assisted us super kindly and help us to feel like at home. The place is the best in Marina . The view is unbeatable. Kitchen equipments are more than enough. Balcony is just breathtaking!! By far the best place in Marina!!!

Amazing stay - great location and dirext connectivity to Dubai mall. if you have a car, parking is great with super quick access to apartment. It is only hassle during peak hours at Dubai mall due to connected parking.
