We are 100 meters from the village, with an atmosphere where you can breathe in peace and quiet. In the front garden, there are some trees, an orchard, and a maze with 700 cypresses. Behind is the terrace where you can take in the views of the Cavall Verd mountain, where breakfast will be a spectacle.

Casa Merle is a phenomenal villa for up to 12 people, 1 km from the beach and 1.5 km from the center of Denia. Large private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters and a large garden with various terraces. Outdoor kitchen with BBQ, toilet and outdoor shower. All bedrooms and living room have air conditioning and central heating. Garden with orange, mandarin, lemon and apricot tree, among others, whose fruits you can enjoy during your stay. There is also a private parking space for 3 cars.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Monte Pedreguer urbanization about 2 km from Pedreguer. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen, a sitting room, and a nice terrace with a dining table and sofa. This wonderfully tranquil apartment sleeps 4. This property is our home - we live here (in apartments on the next floor) all the time. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with respect. There's also a private parking space.

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Rural farmhouse in Xàbia Riurau de la Seniola

The accommodation is in a typical building of the area called Riurau, where the grapes were dried to produce raisins. A bright studio with all the amenities and a large garden. Get to know traditional Xàbia! You can also taste our home-grown raisins, oil, fruits, and vegetables. You will live an agritourism experience and learn about the area's agricultural past. It is a 12500m2 plot of land full of trees, fruit trees, plants and flowers, from which trails lead to the mountain. Come and rest and let the mountain and surroundings do the rest.
