Condo vacation rentals in Marina Alta

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

Wij kijken terug op een super fijn 10 daags verblijf in Calp. Dit zeer zeker door het heerlijke, ruime en comfortabele appartement van Patricia en Veronica. Van alle gemakken voorzien. We zijn goed ontvangen en even wegwijs gemaakt in het appartement. Patricia hield ons op de hoogte van de activiteiten in Calp tijdens de feestdagen. En bij een vraag van onze kant een snelle en duidelijke reactie terug. Als je de hoofdingang verlaat en linksaf gaat sta je na 100m op een heerlijk schoon strand. In de directe omgeving een supermarktje en café Seamos waar je terecht kan voor een top koffie en lunch. Kortom het appartement van Patricia en Veronica is zeker een aanrader!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht und guter Küchenausstattung. Ruhige Lage. Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Straßenbahnhaltestelle innerhalb von 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Nette Gastgeberin und einfache Kommunikation. Wir durften sogar erst am Nachmittag ausschecken, da unser Flug erst abends ging. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un estudio simpatico, reformado, con dos piscinas grandes y jardin.

Localizacao perfeita, é possivel ter acesso a tudo apenas caminhando. Anfitriao bastante proativo. Nos disponibilizou berço e trona para nosso bebé. A jacuzzi é a cereja do bolo para curtir um final de dia (com a agua sempre aquecida!).

In een woord GEWELDIG! Wij hebben deze accommodatie voor een maand geboekt en zouden graag langer willen blijven. Helaas moeten wij voor werkzaamheden terug naar Nederland anders zouden wij hier nooit meer weg willen. Het huis was super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mijn 2 jarige dochtertje heeft de tijd van haar leven gehad want er is overal aan gedacht. Van speelgoed tot aan bordjes en bekertjes etc. De behulpzaamheid van Caroline verdiend een dikke 10!! Mijn ouders konden helaas niet zelf naar de supermarkt ivm hun leeftijd, boodschappen meenemen was voor Caroline geen enkel probleem. Ook hadden mijn ouders geen verstand van de verschillende afstandsbedieningen en ook hier kwam Caroline voor langs om ze dit persoonlijk uit te leggen. Dit is een accomodatie die wij veel vaker zullen boeken omdat je hier een zorgeloze vakantie hebt. Hou er wel rekening mee dat er geen supermarkt op loopafstand is en dat een auto hebben wel echt een must is op deze locatie. Nogmaals een 10!

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

Wij hebben bijna 6 weken in dit appartement gezeten en hebben het super gehad! Het appartement had alles voor ons lange verblijf. Extra pluspunten: bureau en terras. Ideale locatie, weg van de drukte maar toch op korte loopafstand van strand en centrum. En de groene heuvel met het kasteel aan het einde van de straat! Heerlijk om 's avonds nog even te lopen en te genieten van het uitzicht. Teresa heeft ons super goed geholpen. Ze reageert snel en het is erg fijn communiceren met haar. We zouden zeker nog een keer gaan!

Fijne week gehad en fantastisch uitzicht! Communicatie was erg fijn, kregen direct antwoord. Enige minpuntje was dat we de wasmachine niet konden gebruiken.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Apartment has a fantastic view, beautiful pool and nice beach. Apartment could be made more comfortable with nicer furniture on the balcony and nicer bedding and some art on the walls. Walls were super thin and can hear every word from neighbors two apartments down. Had an issue our first night with very loud neighbors but host fixed that immediately.

La casa de Óscar es muy acogedora, no es una mansión pero está muy bien distribuida y es amplia. La llegada muy fácil, siempre atento a cualquier petición. Todas las comodidades como si estuvieses en tu propia casa. La verdad nos sentimos muy agusto y repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

Hier ist eine freundlichere und zufriedenere Version deiner Bewertung: --- Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, zwölf wunderschöne Tage in Ingrids Wohnung verbringen zu dürfen! Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Ingrid war einfach wunderbar – sie war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert. Für unsere vierköpfige Familie war der Platz mehr als ausreichend, und die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse hat uns täglich aufs Neue verzaubert! Wir möchten Ingrid von Herzen danken und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!😍

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.

Mycket trevligt bemötande, vi hade en lika underbar semester igen som förra året i denna fina lägenhet, mycket hemtrevligt, återkommer gärna igen. Bra läge och trevligt område centralt men ändå lugnt, vänliga bästa värdar vill ge Allan och Gemma ett stort tack, ses snart igen😀

We had an amazing time staying here, the apartment is well set up, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooftop was our favourite space to spend time. Manuel was very helpful and had everything set up for our arrival with a baby. We loved our stay and would happily return.

The apartment is wonderful. The terrace, pool, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms are just as described. It is a 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest (great) beach. A big shop right next to the building and some nice restaurants in the market across the street, in case you don’t want to go in the old town. Bus stops right next to the building. There were small issues, but really unimportant: -central air conditioning not working in one of the bedrooms but we just let the door open, -no coffee machine, just an electric kettle, but we boiled the water and made coffee the old fashion way, -the towels could have been newer, -we only had 1 key and had to organize really good for doing things separately from the other couple, -parking spot a little difficult to find. Like I said, minor issues easily solved or ignored. We had a great time, we would definitely stay in the same apartment should we come to Benidorm again. It is perfect for two couples or a family of four-five persons.

Another fabulous stay. 3rd time staying there and as usual it was perfect. One negative, which was out of the owners hands, there was works gong in the apartment above and we were woken up early each morning with either hammering or drilling. Anyway thank you for letting us use your apartment.

Estuvimos muy a gusto. Apartamento comodo, tranquilo e ideal para ir con peques. El acceso a la piscina, la cercania a la playa, y el parque… un puntazo. Quiza el sofa y la cama grande podian ser un pelin mas comodos, pero se compensa con todo lo demas. La anfitriona, Carmen, un encanto. Muy atenta a todo y contestaba enseguida, muy cercana e hizo que nos sintieramos muy a gusto. Desde luego nos encantara volver.

I had a longer stay at Dan’s apartment and everything was just as described. What stood out most was the beautiful sunset view in the evenings—over the hills and the surrounding landscape. It often reminded me of Tuscany. A peaceful and memorable experience.

Overall, really good value for money. Nice big space, well-equipped and fast broadband which is what I was looking for. Location-wise it's a few mins walk to the lovely little cove-style beach where you can get the usual coffees, tapas, restaurant meals, a few decent sized supermarkets etc. And if you go the other direction, you're right at the start of Benidorm's two famous beaches. The only point I'd make regarding location is that it's on a smallish hill which I don't mind at all but worth bearing in mind. And it can get v windy -depending on the wind direction, you can hear it at night, so maybe bring earplugs. But in general, the location for me was a big plus - I hadn't realised there's an amazing cliff/beach walk all the way to Villajoyosa and if you're not quite up to that, there are other shorter - but fairly steep - walks with some great viewing points. On this note, it's worth going to floor 43 at the nearby Gran Bali and the viewing platform/bar...

El alojamiento, tal cual figura en el anuncio y Teresa nos atendió en todo momento con amabilidad y rapidez. Estuvo en contacto durante nuestra estancia, por si necesitábamos algo más. Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos por la zona de Denia.
