The apartment was very beautiful and in an excellent location in a less touristy part of Venice, which we really appreciated. Everything was great overall. We really enjoyed our time!

The contact with Michele was friendly and Michele was always quickly available. Michele communicated proactively and everything was as shown in the pictures and in the description. The apartment is quiet and yet you can quickly reach the beach and the center on foot. I'd love to come back.

Absolutely lovely stay! The apartment is stunning, with breathtaking sea views and dreamy sunsets—perfect with a cocktail in the hand. Beach access is private and peaceful, and Trieste and Udine are both easy day trips. The complex is well-kept with great parking. A very nice apartment with a very large terrace and a fantastic view of the sea. Nothing was missing. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The apartment makes a very neat impression and was very clean. A private parking lot and a private beach were still a great addition. Linda was always helpful and supported us. We enjoyed every day in the apartment.

We stayed in an apartment of Alex's for five nights in June – for the second time – and were again completely thrilled. The communication with Alex was super friendly, quick and straightforward, the self check-in went smoothly. The apartment was clean, decorated in a modern way, and very welcoming. The sea view was simply fantastic – like in the movies! The location is ideal: just a few steps to the beach and the old town with lots of restaurants and small shops. Our son (8 years old), my partner and I enjoyed the time very much – during the day on the beach, in the evening at dinner in Caorle. Everything you need for everyday life was there. A big thank you to Alex for the great support! We can absolutely recommend his apartments and are already looking forward to our stay next year. 😍🌞🌊

We had a fabulous few days in Treviso and Alberta's apartment was perfect for being so close to everything and we loved every aspect about it. I felt very comfortable in the apartment right away. It is located in a quiet residential area and yet close to the sea. The balcony is larger than it looks in the photos and it is sunny until the early afternoon. The apartment is very easy to reach by car and in the street there are - at least in the low season - numerous parking facilities. Check-in was very straightforward, communication with Bosio very good. I'll be back.

The apartment was close to the center and about 300 meters from the sea. Convenient to two supermarkets and all services. We stayed with two small children and had no problems at all. Clean and available host.

The suite was exactly as described and perfectly suited our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a smooth stay. The check-in process was simple, and communication with the host was clear and prompt throughout. The location was convenient and had great parking.

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Great stay with a wonderful host! Lara was very welcoming and provided lots of practical tips that saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip. The location is super convenient — only 10 minutes to Venice’s Piazzale Roma with frequent connections every 10 minutes. The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.

We felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the two terraces and the good location in relation to swimming facilities, restaurants and cultural life. There's always something going on in Piran. On the weekend, we were able to experience great live music.
