Fantastic apartment on the sixth floor, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, with everything you need to have a good stay at the beach. The best is the terrace and its views. Well-located development with a good pool and parking. Kitchenware and appliances in good working order.

We couldn't have asked for a better place! We traveled with 2 kids and asked for a crib and baby feeding chair which was provided. I was working from my laptop in the apartment during weekdays as a software developer and the internet was good (~250Mbps).

I went for a workation and I was able to cut my stay 1 night short and got the money back. Upon I arrival, someone was waiting for me and the apartment had everything you need. Wifi was very fast and the house very quite. 100% recommend!

We visited there at the end of April, so there were very few people and it was very quiet, the beach was empty, practically ours alone :) For those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the ideal place. Our teenage children had their own room and separate beds, and we as parents had a king-sized bedroom, which is rare in this type of apartment. Also a large terrace overlooking the sea and the town promenade. Very good value for money case, I recommend it.

This apartment was a true oasis during my move. I needed to stay a few days in a quiet place and this place really exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, a stone's throw from the beach, and the tranquility of the urbanization allowed me to relax in a time of high stress next to my b***h, an 8-year-old Golden Retriever. The development is very safe, with private parking and was happy to sleep at night. No parties or noise from neighbors. The flat is beautiful, very well decorated, with great views of the sea, super clean and equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay. Communication with José Carlos and Marta was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. I 100% recommend this place!

We had a great stay , the apartment was as advertised. We thank our hosts for their kindness, availability, and quick response to our request. The little less is that the parking box in the basement is too narrow and it is very tricky to park in the box for modern cars, but there are plenty of parking spaces outside Luc and Patricia CAPTAIN,

Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

What a fantastic spacious place! We have been here before if we wanted to stay in Catral. You can park very well there and the gate was already open when we arrived. Furthermore, you will be welcomed there with a huge fruit bowl and the host Moisés is very friendly and helpful. Everything inside is large and clean and in the beautiful garden you can sit well and have breakfast in the sun in the morning. I think we'll be back here.

Fully recommended house, equipped with all the amenities and very clean, no detail is missing Located in a quiet area, with plenty of gardens to walk in and close to the Mar Menor beach. We will definitely repeat David, Larisa, Atreyu

The house is very spacious and very well maintained. The outdoor area is great for a good barbecue and enjoying the outdoors. Totally recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. The surroundings are magically beautiful on the edge of the forest and with a nice view. It's just a short walk to the beach. The host is very responsive and really friendly and helpful. In short, definitely worth an oeite

To say that communication was very good from the first moment. We had an event and needed a flexible check out time and didn't have any issues. The house is in a quiet area, takes care of every detail, like at home. We went with a pet and the place has plenty of space for her and well-conditioned in every aspect. The access to the house was autonomous and his instructions were perfect. Recommendation to find exact location, if you direct you to an area where there is a bar, go back or progress according to where you arrive until you pass a small bridge that crosses the river...since from what they told us they have changed the numbering and the google maps sometimes sends you about 100m. We had a pleasant stay at Carsten's apartment. Tastefully and decorated with attention. The hanging chair on the balcony was a favorite of our kids.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. The pool is great and everything is within walking distance and we were with 4 children . There was even shampoo and everything possible. Thank you it was beautiful. Thank you

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Very nice clean,new apartment. There is absolutely everything for your stay, including shampoos,soap, washing powder. Each room has a heater it is very important when staying in cold season. Everything is clean ,nice ,new renovation. Very calm and quiet. Would recommend!
