enjoyed our few days in the property, lovely open feeling and spaciousness in the apartment . Rafaela and her husband were great to deal with and clear communication.

The apartment is really great, exactly as described. The residential complex has both an outdoor and indoor pool, which was worth gold in February. The apartment is well equipped, many kitchen utensils, washing machine, grill, etc . Tomek was always easy to reach except for initial difficulties and took care of everything quickly. Shopping center with supermarket and restaurants are about 5 minutes walking distance. We will definitely be back

Everything was very good, the location is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and everything was very clean. The woman who gave us the keys was super nice when she welcomed us.

This apartment was a true oasis during my move. I needed to stay a few days in a quiet place and this place really exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, a stone's throw from the beach, and the tranquility of the urbanization allowed me to relax in a time of high stress next to my b***h, an 8-year-old Golden Retriever. The development is very safe, with private parking and was happy to sleep at night. No parties or noise from neighbors. The flat is beautiful, very well decorated, with great views of the sea, super clean and equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay. Communication with José Carlos and Marta was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. I 100% recommend this place!

Apartment area where you can find the shopping center Las habaneras, leisure areas around. Very nice host, we had a family problem and we had to leave 3 nights to enjoy and I inform us that we could enjoy them in the future by notifying about the issue of the availability of the apartment. In the urbanization where the apartment is located there is a nice pool that unfortunately we could only enjoy one day but hopefully in the future we can return☺️, ideal to enjoy with children.

What a lovely little find! I knew Caroline’s villa would be spot on in every way. Lots of communication before we arrived. This was the third time we’d stayed within this area, so we knew the area quite well. However, this stay was by far the most comfortable. We stayed here as a family of 3. Caroline’s villa was spacious, clean and had a definite home from home experience/feel. Beautifully decorated throughout and had its own sunbathing area on the top floor terrace, which was nice and secluded. Two close pools, but only one was open until May. The weather during Easter week was a bit disappointing but the accommodation made up for it. Great area for everyone. Restaurants are walking distance and two large supermarkets were close by too. A car hire is recommended if you want to go to the beach and do lots of sightseeing. Highly recommended. Thank you once again xx

On arrival, I was a little disappointed to find that there was no parking on the premises, and I had to park approximately 100 metres around the corner. Parking on the street near the property operates on a first-come, first-served basis. That said, this was my only gripe—though I may be a little overprotective of my car. Jose was at the gate when we arrived and kindly assisted with the bags and cases while I parked. He helped my wife carry our belongings up the external stairs to the apartment situated above his home. The apartment was warm and cosy, with good views of the surrounding area from the large balcony that wraps around most of the property. The WiFi was easy to connect to, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Steve

Wonderful stay. It felt like we were at home. Everything, details and space. The house doesn't need anything else! Chema is a great and attentive guy. We were greeted by their parents, who are also lovely. Thank you very much for everything and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved our stay at Jose's airb&b. beautiful place with beautiful quiet surroundings. Everything is as described. Great working WiFi. Lovely gesture of host at arrival with bottle of wine, water and biscuits. Super clean and comfortable place. Has literally everything you need. 5 mins walk from beach. Loved the big pool towels provided by host. can 100% recommend this great airb&b. Super nice host.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. The pool is great and everything is within walking distance and we were with 4 children . There was even shampoo and everything possible. Thank you it was beautiful. Thank you

Daniel was very responsive and his family who helped with check in and out very kind and accommodating with the times. The apartment was lovely and very clean. The communal pool was brilliant (a bit cold in April but our kids still enjoyed going in!) and communal gardens beautiful - lovely for a picnic. There was sometimes was a language barrier but we both got by with translate functions!

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Excellent,prompt communications from hosts. Apartments as described. We were on a golfing holiday and Roda golf club is within 400m of the property. The 30% discount on golf rates would be very useful if you did not purchase a golf package
