The cabin was beautiful, cozy and comfy, just as described. Kristen was extremely responsive to questions and an absolute delight to speak with. Location views were absolutely breathtaking … like from a movie. 15/10 would recommend!

We had a herd of elk welcoming us to the neighborhood, it was amazing. The home was beautiful and peaceful. Couldn’t ask for better weather for our stay, thanks for taking care of the sunshine Sarah! We had a beautiful time.

This place was awesome. Felt right at home—like one of the family. NOTE: If you like antiseptically trendy, pristine spaces full of faux wood and IKEA furniture, DO NOT stay here. You’ll just complain and give this property less than the five stars it deserves. IF, however, you like places that bring back childhood memories of coming in off the lake so grandma can make you a pj&j, pour you some milk and put camphor on your bug-bites, this is the place. The walls are real wood paneling. The lake is beautiful and serene. There are old boardgames and even older National Geographic magazines in the hall closet. Yes, there is WiFi, Netflix, and a Keurig, but you’ll kinda wish there wasn’t. This is the place to put that behind and step back into simpler, more connected (as in, with FAMILY) times. Stay here with your family. Turn your phones off. Play boardgames, canoe, and swim. We hope to be back again for a longer stay.

This is our 2nd time staying here and had another beautiful and peaceful stay from start to end. Everything is clean, well maintained and exactly as pictured and described. The setting on the lake is gorgeous and the decor is warm and comfortable. The cabin has everything you need in terms of amenities. I come “home” to this area to visit family and Koi Cabin will always be our first choice to stay if available.
