What a lovely surprise this property was! We’ve been coming to the area for years, but not to this particular location by the river. Right outside our favorite little town of Vermilion, the home was in a quiet, walkable community. The Loft was lovely - perfectly furnished with comfortable seating, bed, and decor and thoughtful touches for our Aussie.

Erik was an awesome host. Professional and prompt communication and was helpful during the entire process. The place was super clean and he even provided snacks. If you need a place in Akron this is it. I hope to stay there again next year.

Amazing views, comfy beds, nice space! We saw blue herons every day! Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t take advantage of the lake for anything other than looking at it from inside, but the location on the lake was amazing.

This house is a great play to stay to unplug and get away in the country. The homemade apple pie at check in was a great surprise. Also, this home was great as it is pet friendly and our dog Nala loved the outdoors, especially the back porch. When we entire to Holmes county again we will be looking at the availability of the is property. Mark and Mary were quite responsive and the listing was exactly as stated. They let us know in advance of the slower Internet and WiFi and was easily remedied with our Starlink. Also, Charlotte the horse is a real sweetheart and saw her each morning We will be back.

We loved our stay here. Easily the nicest place we have stayed. Jared communicated so well up front and even let us access the place early. The house is gorgeous and clean. Perfectly remodeled while still keeping the original charm. Plenty of towels, blankets. Soaps, etc. fully stocked coffee bar was an amazing touch. We will definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely phenomenal. The house itself was very clean. It had tons of space for everyone that came down for the weekend. The game room is such a huge bonus to this stay, we ended up spending most of our time in here. The hot tub is also great and works perfect. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

This place is a great rare find airbnb in with swimming pool. Although we couldn’t use the pool due to weather staying under 65F, our kids did enjoyed enough of the hot tub. The rear view is beautiful. Even the dirt clearing side view from distance is worth watching. Free firewood is definitely a great addition. There were enough chairs and towels for 10. The beds and rooms were cleaned and nice. The only drawback was the sound of the traffic as it’s right on the road but we knew and didn’t bother much and owner had nothing to do about it. Parking was more than enough and finding the place was easy. We will be back with kids when the weather is warm enough for using the pool. Thanks Scott & Amanda for hosting us.

Great host, super responsive and easy to work with. Probably the cleanest rental we’ve stayed in! Would definitely come back.

Justin's place was in a great location. It was spacious, clean, and met the needs of our family very well. My sons loved the pool and fitness area, and we enjoyed the rooftop deck every night. I'd pick this spot again the next time I'm in Cleveland.

Stayed for 3 nights for a Guardian's baseball game. Great location near the stadium, restaurants, and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. No need to rent a car. The place is clean, free of clutter, and has a serviceable, full-sized kitchen. Even provided cooking oil and salt and pepper which should be standard in rentals but rarely are. We also used the off-site pool and gym in the Athlon apartment building around the block. Fantastic! Then we paid extra for a late (noon) checkout, as it was raining and there is no nearby luggage storage facility. We would happily rent this apartment again!

Very nice place. I was looking forward to the big bathtub and relaxing. Very nice place. Better than the pictures.

Tony’s place offers so many things…sublime book selection for those who prefer to pontificate rather then watch TV or their phone. Wonderful place for a private time & families as well. (For kids lots to do farms with cows, pigs, goats variety of birds, gophers, maybe even a couple of woodchucks) see the tractors & cool things that the heart of America was built with… remind them what it was like before we all had cell phones. Make a memory that’ll last forever no phone needed! Fields for miles=literal kid paradise..after sitting in a car waiting to get there-turn them loose in the fields out back or let them go visit the bullfrogs in the front pond with Peepers chirping away Peaceful & very safe for couples, families & kids Pool, hot tub fun for everyone!! It was such a unique home and such a pleasure staying there! The HotTub was great and perfect with the fire pit on the cool nights. It was so peaceful and fun.

I had such a wonderful stay! The house was super cute and cozy—I truly felt right at home. The decor and layout were so thoughtfully done; everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and full of charm. I even snapped a few photos to use as inspiration for my own space! Melinda is an outstanding host—responsive, kind, and clearly puts a lot of care into creating a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed place to stay.

Stephanie’s place was lovely! We had our two dogs with us and they thoroughly enjoyed the property. Also super close to a lot of fun shopping places that we wanted to visit as Canadians. Thanks Stephanie and family!

Visited here for the weekend with some Friends and it was a great spot and location ! Really appreciated how it was clean and the convenience of location and communication was definitely perfect. We just checked in with ease. Definitely recommend if you’re out in this area or even visiting the parks. Just a quick 30 min drive there.

We loved MacKenzie’s loft! Spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The local restaurant recommendations were spot on and MacKenzie was super helpful with their clear instructions, communication, and flexibility. My family and I had an amazing time! Loved the outdoor activities and the convenience of this location!!

The perfect combination of relaxing and fun. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and only left once, to bike ride on the Great Guernsey Trail. My favorite moments were morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake then kayaking before the sun rose over the trees, daily trail walks on the property where we always saw deer, and night time fires. We brought food and cooked all our meals in the lovely kitchen/on the grill. Buddy the dog made friends with our pup and went on a trail walk with us and Rusty was kind, welcoming and responsive. We played pool, cards, read books - all the things we don’t usually make time to do, and still managed to watch the last season of Young Sheldon on Netflix! I highly recommend Rusty’s place.

Perfect Host and home. When you walk in you can feel the peace and comfort. We all slept peacefully. The trundle bed was able to pull out all the way if you’d rather the 4th guest sleep separately. The host was punctually responsive to any questions I had. Everything that we needed for our stay was in the home. I would definitely recommend and book again.
