Family-friendly vacation rentals in Mansfield

The condo is nicely furnished and well supplied with linens and kitchen supplies. We had a couple of questions and Mark was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the downtown location overlooking the bay. We would definitely stay there again.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at Robs place. I will only stay here when we visit Wooster. This is like home away from home! Rob is so accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond to help with whatever we may need. The penthouse is clean and comfortable and right down town! The beds are comfy and the sectional couch is so relaxing for movies on the big screen. The kitchen is beautiful! There are multi places for coffee, lunch and dinner to choose from down town. The cutest little shops you can walk to, including some amazing antique shops, book store and record shop. Check out Spoons and the Salsaroja taco bar downstairs. The owner Amanda is amazing! Thai food at Basil is amazing too! If you are in the area to find Otts coffee we highly recommend it! And shopping at Local Roots next store is great too. We only get to visit once a year, but I am already anxiously anticipating our next visit in 2026 💖 we couldn’t do it and feel completely at home and relaxed if not for Rob.

Absolutely gorgeous stay, we didn’t spend much time in the AirBNB as my group was there for an event but Cathy was extremely responsive, accommodating, and friendly!! The views and neighborhood were amazing and the house is so unique and beautiful! I absolutely recommend this stay as it’s close to many attractions in the area as well and is super comfy to wind down from a long day at. Amazing stay!

AZ Longhorn was exactly what we needed for a getaway! This beautiful cabin was even better than the pictures, secluded, peaceful and simply perfect. Private yet close to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops & shopping. Barb was a fantastic host - so kind, responsive & gave great recommendations. It was a great romantic getaway but would be a great family get away too. We can’t wait to bring our kids next time. Thanks again, Barb!

We definitely enjoyed the beautiful cabin and grounds, as well as the Pool Table, Slot Machine, Golden Tee Golf Game, Theater Room, Hot Tub, and all the other amenities. The beautiful Peacocks and Cats were also great to see. The Scavenger Hunt was enjoyed by all our guests. Alan and Laura were very responsive to our needs and are great hosts. The cabin was well stocked with anything we needed and we had a great time.

Beautiful place and view! The breakfasts were amazing and delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting family in the area. My wife and daughter loved all the horses and animals we could watch from the porch. Sorry about the noise from our rambunctious almost 5 year old. We tried to keep her as quiet as we could. Martha was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place!

The apartment was clean and functioned well for our family. It has really cool views of the lake and cedar point. The pool area is great because it was heated. My kids enjoyed fishing on the property. The apartment is very basic (which is fine) compared to other air bnb’s I’ve stayed at. It had paper products like paper towels and toliet paper, along with hand soaps and dish soap. If you are planning on staying here you will need to bring shampoo/body soap/coffee/ waters/ and any kitchen cooking items like salt/pepper/cooking spray/foil/etc. There is laundry on the property, but you have to download an app to use the machines. Overall we enjoyed the rental and had a relaxing stay. Thanks!

Great communication! Perfect location for a boating weekend!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Lynn's. It was a very peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable place. Just ten minutes drive from the town of Wooster, yet very much in the country. Lynn was very attentive to us, and responded to our every need. She especially made time for my daughter and I to tend to the cashmere goats with her, which were beautiful, friendly, and very interesting. I highly recommend Lynn's as a place to stay, any time of year!

So easy to get in and check out, beautiful lake view and ability to go places!

The Hidden Valley Farm was great for our needs-2 couples-each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It is as pictured in a quiet setting. There was an area for hiking, but we didn’t have time to enjoy all of it.

Mark’s place was great for our family of 6. We always prefer a one level house with at least two bathrooms, and Mark’s place was a great fit. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. The master bed was comfortable. The only complaint from our family members who slept in the other two beds was that the mattresses were a little hard and uncomfortable. Overall, we had a great stay!

Sophia's Sunny Place is located in a beautiful, safe, and quiet neighborhood. The home itself is quite spacious and comfortable. We appreciated having a kitchen with every kitchen item needed including an ice-cream scoop to scoop up Jeni's Ice Cream purchased at the Giant Eagle grocery store. This is a place you can call a home away from home.

If you’re looking to unplug or work without distractions, this is a great cabin to reserve. Simply a beautiful region in Ohio and Valley View cabin offers solace and easy access to unique rural communities and of course nature. Wonderful host who cares about their property and their guests.

I enjoyed my stay at Jeff’s Carriage House. The place is comfortable, tastefully designed and thoughtfully welcoming in numerous ways! I was especially pleased with Jeff’s accessibility and prompt communication. Without reservations, I recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic, safe and comfortable Airbnb in one of Columbus’ coolest areas!!

We had a great time at the round house! Jeff was super responsive and friendly! The house had everything we needed. We traveled with young kids and they especially loved the heated pool!

Everything was perfect, no complaints the hot tub was really nice to relax and the staff on the campgrounds were super friendly.

We stayed for the weekend for a basketball tournament, and this place was perfect. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed—and the condo was spacious with an incredible view of the water and Cedar Point. It looked exactly like the photos. The host provided clear instructions and communicated everything in a timely and helpful way. We’d definitely stay here again!

My family loved the space. We were in town for a cheer competition. The location was not far from all of Sandusky’s main attractions, and the help guide assisted us in discovering the local places. We plan to rebook before summer is out so we can see the city in full swing.

Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary and Marks place made it an even more special occasion. Everything was outstandingly perfect, clean and comfortable. the location couldnt be more beautiful. We hope to be able to come and stay again!
