Great place for a staycation. Perfect for the summer months as the pool is still warm even at around 9pm mla. The place is fully air conditioned so you wont feel the heat when inside.

This place is very accommodating. Simple but elegant and minimalist. Clean and organize. I really love their kitchen though "ignorante sa mga gamit" kasi they are all high-tech well for me. What I love the most is the kitchen island "parang ayaw ko tumigil sa kakalinis" The kids love the pool "as usual" over all stay is very homely. We will surely back.. Thank you guys..

Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

Our family had a great time at Chill Spot Manila. The place was clean and had all the amenities as described. Kuya Jun, their caretaker, was kind and helpful. The pool was clean, their beds smelled good and felt comfortable. All the aircons worked well and kept us cool under the heat. Super big deal because it’s really so hot during this time of the year so this is really appreciated. Overall, we really had no complaints and we will surely come back :)

Had a good stay at this unit! The location is very convenient, especially for concert-goers like me since it’s just near MOA. There’s also a mini mart downstairs which made it easy to grab essentials anytime. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable to stay in. Check-in and check-out were smooth— the host sent clear instructions beforehand and even sent a reminder on the day of check-out. Overall, a great experience.

We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

If you need a lot of parking space, this is the place. We were able to park 4-5 cars and a motorcycle. The living, kitchen and bedrooms are very spacious. All of us (15pax) can all fit in one space. No need to move to other rooms to fit.

The place was so pristine, and exactly how it's titled — peaceful. The whole are is spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere inside and outside the home was relaxing even if you are just sipping coffee. The host was generous and very approachable. This was an excellent choice of stay.

We needed to find a place to stay quickly, and we were fortunate to have found this very tidy, nicely decorated, and lovely house equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. It is a home away from home with good beds and nice bathrooms. Acey was a great host, thoughtful, communicated promptly, and readily responded to requests, even when they were made at the last minute. We had a great stay and would very gladly recommend staying there!

Very nice place for its price! Thank you so much po for accommodating us and we were so glad we found this place kahit medyo last minute na yung booking. My family loved the place so much they want to come back next time :D Medyo maliit lang po yung fridge for us siguro kasi marami rin kami need ilagay and limited yung pag lamig niya pero overall okay naman yung place. Complete din so if you want to cook or do the laundry sa place, pwedeng pwede. We also love na maraming beddings and clean yung mga linens and pillows. Secured yung house and peaceful naman yung neighborhood. Will definitely come back next time!

The added touches, such as cozy bedding, thoughtful decor, and little conveniences like ample power outlets and fast Wi-Fi, truly made this a standout stay. The outdoor space was also a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or late-night chats.
