The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a quiet escape. Everything we needed was provided, making the stay hassle-free. The ambiance was peaceful and ideal for relaxing. Location was convenient yet still felt private. Would definitely book again for another quick getaway.

Great place to stay for a big group like ours! There’s ample space for people to move around, and good sized rooms. Very nice view too! Elevator is fast. Very responsive host. Uptown also has everything! All in all an awesome stay!

Fantastic stay! The place matched the description perfectly—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. One of the best parts was having the mall right in the same building, which made everything super convenient. The host was easy to communicate with, and check-in was smooth. Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotlessly clean and had a beautiful, aesthetic design that made it feel so cozy and inviting. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, throughout our stay. On top of all that, it was super affordable, which made the experience even better. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone and would love to stay here again!

I loved the welcome we had - he had a clearbook about everything in the place as well as what to expect, what do to and local recommendations. We truly felt at home. My family and I stayed at Diane’s place for 2 nights, it was spacious and had enough room/beds for 6 of us. The place was very convenient to shops and restaurants which served the main purpose of our stay. Uptown Mall as well Mitsukoshi were both across the building. Diane was also a very responsive host, provided clear and easy instructions to follow. Overall, we had a great stay at Diane’s place and can recommend it to whoever wants to go to the BGC area. However, as this place is like a hotel/serviced apartment, there is a reception which you need to see upon check-in. The staff were not very helpful and not friendly. I asked for some assistance to which they were very curt in replying. The elevators were very hot and on one of the days of our stay, only 1 is working which meant a long wait and a crowded and stuffy elevator. Also, if you are a light-sleeper, you can hear the traffic noise from the rooms. Noise-cancelling headphones will help!

It was super clean, exceeded my expectations, very organized, and I loved how we could adjust the TV's position. The glass wall was a really nice touch, and the place looked amazing for such an affordable price! Just a heads-up though: it’s a bit far from any stores and there’s no nearby convenience store, so I highly recommend buying all the essentials before heading there. I'm definitely going back!

Was a great staycation for the weekend. Just a relaxing 3 days. Location was perfect, everything is walkable. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Host is very accommodating and responses very quickly after each message I sent to her. The building elevator can sometimes be overwhelmed by people causing a little delay on going up or down to your unit. Overall, I would stay here again if I were in the area.

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

This was one of the best stays we’ve had! The unit was spotless, beautifully designed, and had warm, cozy lighting that made the space feel extra homey. The interior was modern, tasteful, and very comfortable. The kitchen was a major highlight—fully equipped with quality appliances, cookware, and a generous supply of condiments and cooking essentials. Everything we needed was provided, the bed and furnishings were high-quality and comfy. We also loved the stunning balcony view and relaxing roof deck. We experienced a brief power outage (which was out of the host’s control), but the host was very accommodating, understanding, and responsive throughout. Highly recommended!
