Fantastic host! Communication was fast and clear throughout the stay. When the water heater wasn’t working, they were very understanding and quickly offered a refund without any hassle. Truly appreciated their professionalism — highly recommended!

Had a great stay at this Airbnb for 4 nights. Everything at the unit was as per the photos in the listing, and the view of the golf course was beautiful. Will consider staying here again for my next visits for work.

Beste airbnb das ich jemals hatte. Farblich sehr schön abgestimmt. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Okada und andere malls sind in der nähe. Gebäude ist ziemlich neu und jetzt nicht so überfüllt und innerlich heruntergekommen wie bgc. Wer mal in einem großem Tower in bgc war der hat definitiv mal vor dem Fahrstühlen warten müssen. Sowas hat man hier nicht. Es gibt viele Utensilien die bereit gestellt werden. Von Zahnbürste bis Waschtrockner sowie kostenlose Snacks ist alles dabei. Selbst kostenloses Trinkwasser. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Gerne wieder

The place was perfect for a quick weekend staycation. Nice view, clean place, and close to a lot of restaurants if you wanted to eat out or have food delivered. :)

Great place to stay for a big group like ours! There’s ample space for people to move around, and good sized rooms. Very nice view too! Elevator is fast. Very responsive host. Uptown also has everything! All in all an awesome stay!

Kim's place is clean and nice, and quite near to a lot of the best restaurants and bar in the area.. but still, her unit is peaceful and relaxing She was also very responsive and helpful, and instructions were clear :) Had a great time, will look up her area the next time I'd need to book again :)

Christopher and his team were very responsive. This place is 2 floors, so you need to be aware of the stairs. It has a washer/dryer combo, and if you want housekeeping, it's available for an extra charge. I was very pleased with the air conditioning and the temperature in the unit. There is a 7-11 on the bottom floor, so it's very convenient (but they don't accept credit card). It's not far to walk to good restaurants and some nightlife, but it's also very quiet and not by a lot of traffic. Overall, this has a lot of good value!

everythung was clear and concise, from check in to chrck out. easy to communicate with. details are complete. no hassle at all. i felt like going to my own home. place was clean. i didnt need much to stay at the place so didnt also look for much. lots of great restaurants around the area and inside the mall at the lower grounds. building elevator did not take lonh for waiting even tho not all are working when i was staying.

Highly recommending his place if you’d like a spot in BGC that is close to bars, restaurants, convenience stores and almost everything! Was a great staycation for the weekend. Just a relaxing 3 days. Location was perfect, everything is walkable. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Host is very accommodating and responses very quickly after each message I sent to her. The building elevator can sometimes be overwhelmed by people causing a little delay on going up or down to your unit. Overall, I would stay here again if I were in the area.

Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotlessly clean and had a beautiful, aesthetic design that made it feel so cozy and inviting. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, throughout our stay. On top of all that, it was super affordable, which made the experience even better. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone and would love to stay here again!

The place is absolutely lovely and beautiful—very homey, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location is A+. It’s conveniently situated near malls and everything you might need is just around the corner. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. My kids had such a great time during our stay, and so did we. We truly enjoyed our experience and definitely hope to come back soon.

Jane was very responsive and accommodating. Our flight arrived early and we were extremely tired so I asked her if we could check in earlier and she said 2pm instead of 3 but we were able to check in MUCH earlier than that, maybe noon ish? The place is exactly what the listing says it is. :) would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts Gabby, Mike & Stephen were incredibly friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Just a small note — there was occasionally a bad smell coming from the toilet areas, but this wasn’t the host’s fault. It seems to be coming from the building itself, as the same smell is noticeable even near the entrance outside. It comes and goes, and didn’t affect the overall comfort of our stay. Highly recommend staying here — thank you again for the great hospitality!
