Great place for a staycation. Perfect for the summer months as the pool is still warm even at around 9pm mla. The place is fully air conditioned so you wont feel the heat when inside.

The kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped. The space is stylish, modern minimalist, and beautifully furnished. Everything looks and feels thoughtfully designed. It’s also incredibly clean and well-maintained. I also love how peaceful and quiet it is. It truly feels like a Tagaytay vacation home right in the middle of the city. The WiFi was also reliable, which was a big plus. If you're looking for a relaxing and cozy place to stay, this is definitely it! Would love to come back.

Great place, good to stay and even better to host a small gathering or party. Great value! The swimming pool was amazing also, water managed to stay warm even at night. Plenty of activities included including video games, karaoke, and board games. Would recommend this spot!

Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. Tom and his staff were amazing! Prior to my arrival, I was asked what time I will be checking in. When I arrived, I was greeted by Stefanny, Mark, and Emily. Stefanny gave me a tour of the entire home and made sure I had everything I needed. The home was clean and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. During my stay, Mark was always available if I needed help with anything such as setting up the karaoke, turning on the jets in the pool, etc… There was plenty of room for my family of 12 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Tom and his staff made us feel very welcome. My family and I had a great time and I definitely would stay at Tom’s home again.

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

Had a good stay at this unit! The location is very convenient, especially for concert-goers like me since it’s just near MOA. There’s also a mini mart downstairs which made it easy to grab essentials anytime. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable to stay in. Check-in and check-out were smooth— the host sent clear instructions beforehand and even sent a reminder on the day of check-out. Overall, a great experience.

We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

If you need a lot of parking space, this is the place. We were able to park 4-5 cars and a motorcycle. The living, kitchen and bedrooms are very spacious. All of us (15pax) can all fit in one space. No need to move to other rooms to fit.

The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas. I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The place is cozy, private, and feels like home. It has almost all the amenities you need, and the host is very responsive and helpful. I’d definitely choose to stay here again if I need to run errands in the area.

We needed to find a place to stay quickly, and we were fortunate to have found this very tidy, nicely decorated, and lovely house equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. It is a home away from home with good beds and nice bathrooms. Acey was a great host, thoughtful, communicated promptly, and readily responded to requests, even when they were made at the last minute. We had a great stay and would very gladly recommend staying there!

It’s a nice corner home, clean and with a caretaker available. Jocelyn, the host is wonderful. We also stayed in Vigan where I met her there, really very nice host. Hope to stay in Vigan again.

Very nice place for its price! Thank you so much po for accommodating us and we were so glad we found this place kahit medyo last minute na yung booking. My family loved the place so much they want to come back next time :D Medyo maliit lang po yung fridge for us siguro kasi marami rin kami need ilagay and limited yung pag lamig niya pero overall okay naman yung place. Complete din so if you want to cook or do the laundry sa place, pwedeng pwede. We also love na maraming beddings and clean yung mga linens and pillows. Secured yung house and peaceful naman yung neighborhood. Will definitely come back next time!
