You can walk to MOA from the condo. It is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Very small, but clean and quite. The bottom level has lots of shops and restaurants. The pictures show a bed and couch, which is true. It would be very cramped for 4 people. Very nicely finished with wood paneling I felt like I was in a fancy high end room. It's clean and in a good location, if you want a place to sleep after explore manila. highly recommend 👌.

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. I would definitely consider planning my next stay in this very unit on my next visit. Thank you very much Editha 😊

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

Condo very clean and comfortable. Superb location for entry to all BGC has to offer- which is a lot. Could get my daily 10,000 steps in easily with shade to rest or to get a cool beverage. Very safe and friendly area. Many expats from various countries. We stayed here because our home in Ayala Alabang wasn’t quite ready for move in but would happily stay here again if needed a place for short term. Be sure to water the plants.

We had a great stay. Place was spacious and clean and very convenient for us since we had a competition at a local university.

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at the Avant at the Fort! It was very English-friendly, had great staff, and was very safe. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the host was wonderfully communicative, so I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. The location was amazing! There were many convenience stores and restaurants in walking distance. It is also close to the luxury shopping area, Bonifacio High Street. It is so convenient to not rely on taxis or Grab to get basic supplies or get food, especially as a tourist after a busy day. A large reason I had booked the place was the washer and dryer that was available in unit, which worked wonderfully! Manila was part of a 3-destination trip and having these accessible amenities ensured our group would have clean clothes at our next leg of our journey. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable thanks to the communicative staff, the well-kept unit, and the convenient locale. Would recommend!

Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

The room is so good that gives hotel feels-smells fresh and clean, provided with everything except foods and water to drink 😀 Media entertainment was time consuming like time pass easily and wake up-oh! its to check out. Meaning...we get so comfortable with the place. One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The place had absolutely everything I needed—it was thoughtfully equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable (I didn’t want to get up!). The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from the MRT station, making it super easy to get around the city without any hassle. Grab and Angkas pick-ups were also a breeze since the unit is right along a main highway where rides are always available. The convenience, comfort, and overall vibe of the place made it an easy favorite. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed two weeks at Aziz’s place while visiting family in Manila. Aziz and his co-host Cris were super responsive, provided clear instructions and directions, and the place itself was fantastic. The condo is located in a gated, guarded and safe condo complex (this type of a set up is common in the Philippines). The guards were super friendly and helpful. Do not be intimidated by the surroundings (the street can sometimes appear rougher than what it actually is), you are only a short and inexpensive grab ride away from anywhere you want to go! And did I mention free parking?! Not only this, but the condo itself is immaculate, clean, spacious and has great amenities, including powerful air conditioning in both the principal bedroom, as well as the living/secondary bedroom, two comfort rooms (washrooms), a well equipped and stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo that does a fantastic job. I would recommend this place gladly!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a microwave, and cooking essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. Walkable to Mall of Asia, which was super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. A few minor notes: -Bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap), as these weren’t provided. - The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it worked well to keep the room cool. Overall, this was a comfortable and practical stay, especially for those who want easy access to Mall of Asia. I’d recommend it to travelers looking for a well-located, budget-friendly options.

The host immediately responded to my inquiry and was able to answer my questions. I was provided with all the necessary details I need for our stay. Even if we checked-in late at night, we were assisted from the lobby up to our room. Will consider staying here again for future events. Salamat!
