Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Manhattan

Kyrsten was an excellent host! She was always quick to respond, friendly, and even accommodated an early check-in (not that I was expecting that). Her property was clean and exactly as represented on the app. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this house! It was perfect for our family. A great location close to restaurants and breweries on Poyntz and a quick drive to campus or city park. The front porch is a dream and the backyard has so much space to enjoy. The house is updated in all of the essential places but still has the charm of an older house. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of love into making this an ideal place in Manhattan. We will be back and eager to book this house again!

Stanley’s home was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures listed. Came with pots and pans to cook dinner. And the couches and beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay, minutes from anything you want or need and on a low traffic street. Amenities were all as advertised. Nice bedrooms, beautiful backyard. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay. It’s close to restaurants and shopping centers but also secluded enough that you’re in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We had 4 kids with us with ages ranging from 4-9 and they each found themselves feeling right at home with the adorable playroom and backyard. They were able to keep themselves entertained the whole stay. We all felt very comfortable there.

Cozy home with great amenities. Chrissi is an amazing host and went out of her way to accommodate my trip, the home is exactly like the photos, the neighborhood is quiet and the communication with the host was stellar. An amazing place, I will be booking again!

Plenty of room, very clean, and quick responses from hosts. Quirks that you’d expect from an old house like squeaky stairs, but it's been updated very nicely. Two large kitchens (first floor & basement apartment) and large dining table are great for a large group.

The BEST location to the stadium with a wonderful backyard for tailgating. We brought our kids and grandkids (9 of us in total) and there was plenty of room for us (we had 3 pack & plays). There is only 1 bathroom but it wasn’t really a bother. We would stay here again!

Kale has a beautiful home in a great location. The instructions to check in were extremely helpful and easy to follow. The house had great amenities and was very nice and clean. I would recommend this house to anybody visiting Manhattan, Kansas.

This place is exactly as described. Some of the pots/pans weren’t clean and there was no cooking tools available to use. Floors are a bit squeaky and the wooden bed squeaked every time you moved around. Host can be overboard with messages leading up to and during your stay. Other than that, great outside area the back to host guests or play yard games. Loved the area and overall good stay.

Andy’s place was very welcoming and included fun entertainment for all ages. Definitely one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at.

Young was one of the best parts of our stay! The house itself was gorgeous, it was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of amenities, including towels/soaps, kitchen supplies, board games, books, and more. She even provided candies for us! We had 6 people during our stay, and we were cable to accommodate everyone. While the house was very nice, by far our favorite part of the weekend was getting to know Young and her husband! They were both so nice and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw them. She even gave us a bottle of Champagne, and brought us oranges in the morning. She was happy to help us however possible! I would recommend this place to everybody, clean house, perfect location (walkable to Aggieville and campus), and wonderful host! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

We loved that it was welcoming and pet friendly! It truly felt like home. The Rooster had all the amenities and more! When we have family come to visit, we will definitely suggest the Rooster! Thank you for a nice welcome to Manhattan!

Lauren was a wonderful host . Her place was spotless and exactly as pictured. She answered any questions quickly and even checked in to see if we were enjoying our stay . She also left some delicious treats. We will definitely recommend her and we will book here when we come back to visit. EXCELLENT AND AN EXCEPTIONAL HOST.

The place was perfect for our family group of 7 touring KSU. Our daughter will be enrolling Fall of '26 and we will definitely stay here again. Logan was fantastic with communication.

Amy was a great host. She was very friendly and accommodating, giving quick responses and communicating well during our stay. The Airbnb was easy to access, clean, and close to local amenities. (Comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb.) Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Centrally located in town, beautiful & clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed at.

We were pleased with the appearance & cleanliness of the condo on arrival. If you're a wildcat fan the decor is definitely the right color! The space was perfect for our family. We had most everything we needed: Including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen was pretty well stock and there was a cute basket of goodies for us to enjoy. We were able to walk to our tailgate and to the stadium which is a huge plus given the cost of parking and the extra traffic on game days. The parking was a little bit of a challenge for our group because we had four vehicles and when our kids visited sometimes we had 6 so we were playing a shuffle game with the 2 parking passes. Nothing we didn't know when we booked the condo. We all had an absolutely wonderful stay. The beds were comfy and the towels were nice and thick the way I like them. The showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water for 8 of us. I just don't know how our stay could have been improved upon. Thanks!
