Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

Located in a very quiet location, the villa has all the necessary comforts. Each bedroom includes a newly renovated bathroom. The stay was very pleasant and Mrs. Margherita was an attentive and helpful hostess.

We had a wonderful vacation in Uberto's apartment. It is very cozy and in a strategic location to get around even without the help of the car. We took advantage of it for bike rides (splendid tour of the Argentario) and moments of relaxation or running on the beach (which is really two minutes away on foot). In addition, the garden is large and well isolated from the street, so it allowed you to read and study with peace of mind. We hope to be back.

Woooow, no words can really describe how wonderful this place is. We've seen this fantastic villa from afar before (you can see it when coming in to the island from the boat), but we could never imagine how wonderful it is. The house itself is perfect, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms etc - but what really stood out was how close you were to the city while also feeling like having your own little paradise. The balconies where a dream, the view perfect and the private place to swim simply wonderful. 10/10, and will 100% come back!

What an amazing location with a sensational view. We were looking for a restful location in picturesque surroundings where we could relax and unwind; this was definitely that place. After a day at the beach (7 min walk - downhill way there and quite a steap climb back if you decided not to drive) this had all the (immaculately landscaped) outdoor living spaces you need to relax into the evening and look out to sea as the day ends....views you could even enjoy from the brilliant outdoor shower! The accomodation was perfect for our group (3 adult couples) and on the warmer days it was nice to have the air conditioning. Both the owner and the host were helpful and responsive throughout. The only noteworthy things are that the drive into the location was along some tight and twisty cliff roads (I would not like to drive it in the dark) and the local beach is rocky so I would highly recommend swimming shoes. Overall we felt this was a magical place and had an amazing stay!

Perfect spot for a Tuscany experience. Nicely located between two friendly villages with fantastic restaurants and any supplies that you may need. The swimming pool was well maintained by Luciano and was used by us multiple times a day, for our group it was a highlight of the property. We all came away very happy with our stay and would totally recommend staying at this property.

Gina and Massimo’s home was beautiful, modern, thoughtfully considered, and well designed both inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable beds, pillows, and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. We were happy to find ample outlets and usb chargers in the both bedrooms. The pool and outdoor areas were relaxing, beautiful, well maintained and made for a 5 star stay. A few standout’s were the dishwasher and not just a washing machine, but also dryer as well which are things that you do not typically find in most Italian homes. Viterbo is a beautiful town with lots of great restaurants and things to do nearby. Highly recommend this rental!

Had a wonderful stay with 2 families (8 people). Authentic house with matching atmosphere. Real Italian experience, being able to cook with BBQ outside. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom. 3 kitchens with 2 fridges (1 with large freezer). Friendly running dogs near the house. House in the beautiful nature, near beautiful village of Ficulle and 30 minutes drive to Orvieto. Laura is a fantastic host. Everything is fixed and she has great recreation tips. Swimming pool not big, but fine to cool off. Pubs also enjoyed themselves.

Maya's villa was wonderful for me and my family. The home itself is large, modernized, clean, and upscale. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are great, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The exterior patio is large, shaded, comfortable, and presents a beautiful view of the surrounding area positioned very nicely at the top of a hill. The pool is large, clean, and a refreshing reprieve from the heat of the summer. You can easily connect your phone to the Bluetooth speakers enhancing the general ambience. They have a handful of items and activities around the property such as a ping pong table, basketball net, swings, climbing ropes, and a tree house. We also loved having the outdoor cats present to greet us daily. Don't worry if you're allergic to cats, they won't affect you. Popular towns like Montalcino, Montepulciano, and Pienza are about 45 minutes to an hour away. Other towns are closer if you prefer others. I highly recommend this property for families.

The villa experience was crazy! Live is much better than in photos. The common spaces between kitchen, dining room and living room are many spacious, tastefully furnished and the landscape from the windows do not need to be described... Enjoy the sunset with the fireplace on and a nice glass of wine comfortably seated on the sofa is unparalleled! Spacious and elegant bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, which has allowed each couple to have their own privacy Lovely exteriors ❤️ Nearby there is the closed lake, the Trasimeno and excellent restaurants or wineries where you can spend time between villages The kitchen was stocked with everything! But just everything! We also found scales and immersion blender…. Countless glasses and glasses 🤣 What else to say? We'll be back to enjoy the pool that was unfortunately closed in April

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

A really beautiful location. Both the countryside and the surrounding villages, as well as the property and the garden. Flexible check-in times, clean house and very kind owner. 10/10!

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs over the years, but this is probably the best experience we have ever had. Absolutely gorgeous historic property nestled in the Tuscan hillside. Incredible host with lots of support and helpful suggestions. An extremely comfortable and relaxed stay. Highlights included wine tasting and a trip to the nearby spa. Do not miss Eleanora’s incredible home-cooked meals. She caters everything at the residence for a very reasonable cost. You don’t have to lift a finger — it’s bliss. Martino was among the most responsive and proactive hosts I’ve ever encountered. Especially when we had a small health scare with our infant, he was immediately available with perfect advice about nearby healthcare options. I am a tiny bit hesitant to give such a glowing review only because we definitely want to visit again someday and don’t want whoever is reading this review to book the same dates! Really, if you’re considering this property, don’t think — just book.

Barbara’s place was above and beyond our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a place to stay in this general area, don’t hesitate! Barbara was a wonderful host and all the instructions were very clear. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked all of our dinners there as we were traveling with a baby. We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family and there was more than enough room for us and both sets of grandparents. The home is very well situated and we loved exploring. There are so many great restaurants in the area. I can’t over state the beauty of the area and the house itself…my family is already dreaming about coming back!

We spent a few days in a home that stands out for its authentic character and finesse. Although our stay was short, the imprint of the place remained striking thanks to a breathtaking panorama of the Tuscan hills, visible from the relaxation area. Bad weather deprived us of the use of the pool, but the large terrace allowed us to enjoy a friendly outdoor lunch around a barbecue. Inside, modern layouts blend with artistic touches, each detail carefully thought out to offer comfort and aesthetics. Philippe and Muriel, our hosts, found the perfect balance between availability and respect for our privacy, making our experience even more enjoyable. The grounds, impeccably maintained and ideally located for exploring the surrounding villages, are an additional asset. A place we were sad to leave… but with the desire to return.

Unforgettable experience at this beautiful property. Each of us 12 of us enjoyed maximum comfort and relaxation. Spacious and cozy rooms, well furnished common areas, fully equipped kitchen, garden and outdoor terraces from which the view is breathtaking. A fascinating place! We absolutely recommend it to all those who love tranquility and want to visit the most beautiful villages and cities of Umbria and Tuscany.

We had a great time at Paola's place. The house is huge and very nice, the pool gigantic, all surrounded by sublime vegetation. Its location is ideal, both secluded for a holiday in peace and close to typical Italian villages and beautiful lakes. Paola was throughout the stay extremely available and responsive to our questions about the house or the area. She booked us at our request a stove for a night and a Baby Sitter. This house is a little piece of heaven! Hoping to be able to come back someday to further explore this beautiful area! Thank you Paola for your hospitality, kindness and availability!

Incredible property, incredible location, incredible host! If you get the chance to stay here we can't recommend it highly enough - the house, gardens and pool are extremely private, immaculate and sit nestled into a slight hillside looking out over the attached olive grove. You can literally sit with bread and oil from the grove while taking in the views, which are spectacular. Easy travel to Castiglione della Pescaia which is a wonderful little town with beaches, boutiques and bagnos. Ten minutes from Le Mortelle winery, who do a perfect lunch. To top it all off Rita the host is an absolute powerhouse who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Whether that was almost instantly replacing the BBQ Gas, giving local recommendations, organising high chairs and travel cots, or even finding me a masseur the level of attention to detail and commitment to our needs was amongst the best we've ever had, thank you Rita!

We were very comfortable in Fabio's house. Of course, the pool is great, which is beautifully situated with views of the olive grove but also offers plenty of shade due to the umbrellas. The fact that there are so many bathrooms and air-conditioned rooms makes the stay very comfortable. The photos correspond to reality. The house is very quiet and if you are looking for this on vacation, you can spend the perfect vacation here. To be able to go to a good restaurant you have to drive by car. Orvieto and Lake Bolsena are worth seeing in the nearby area, but Rome, Siena and Assisi are also available for a day trip if you take the car trips. Checking in is uncomplicated and flexible.

The place is beautifully decorated and has an amazing garden! There were little flowers everywhere in the grass and the many sitting areas outside make it possible to move with the sun :) There is a fireplace and a grill and there wasn’t a day we did not spend the evening around the fire talking and playing games. The kitchen is also equipped with salt and other spices which came in very handy Although the place feels very secluded you can walk into the next little city which is beautiful. The only neighbors there are Gigi and his wife who are incredibly nice! We were gifted baked goods and got nice help when grilling. We also spent a day in Rome which is an hour train ride from the villa and it worked really well (there’s also help with the public transportation system provided in the villa). The parking place is big and well lit. We would however recommend to bring indoor shoes or thick socks as we were not prepared for the cold floors. All in all we were really happy! Would recom

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Olivastra. Everything was perfect. The hosts we're always available before and during our stay and helped us with very nice recommendations. The house is amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool and the parents the amazing views. We'd love to come again.

The house is spacious and a good size for 8 people. There is a really nice big living room. The house is maintained and in good condition and it has some details that makes it really authentic. could have used a slightly larger fridge. And some cealing fans. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets which is really nice, as you can ventilate the house that way and cool the house during the night. The pool area was 9/10. Large well maintained pool. However, be aware that it is shared with people in another house. It was never a problem for us though. There is a smaller grocery store in in the nearby village in walking distance. It has all you need but otherwise you will have to drive. Ask Ioana for advise and recommendations, on what to see and places to eat. She is quick to respond and very helpful. All in all, we would do it again.
