We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We had a very nice time there. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. The house and yard were very beautiful! If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in the country, this is the place to go. The place doesn't have a whole lot of modern conveniences. it feels more old fashioned which was exactly what I wanted for our trip to Italy:)

We had a wonderful stay at La Bandita! Debora is an amazing host who takes care of every detail. We were welcomed with thoughtful gifts – wine, pasta, homemade jams – a true taste of Tuscany. The house is beautifully equipped: spices, oils, kitchen tools, ice cubes, even toothbrushes and soaps in the bathroom. Extra towels, cozy blankets, and everything we could possibly need were provided. The location is peaceful and picturesque, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Tuscan countryside. Breakfasts on the terrace with the panoramic view were unforgettable. Communication with Debora was excellent – she was kind, responsive, and made us feel at home. We truly felt taken care of and appreciated every moment spent there. La Bandita is a magical place, full of warmth and charm. We’d love to return one day – it felt like a home away from home, and we can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable Tuscan getaway. We'd love to come back!

We loved our time at Luca's place. We visited Tuscany with our college aged kids. Luca's house was comfortable and welcoming. We went out for a few meals, but also enjoyed preparing foods in the wonderful kitchen. We ate dinners together and played board games on the spacious kitchen table. It was homey. We called it "cucina magica" because all of the foods we cooked came out so perfectly. This is a wonderful home in a lovely setting with hiking trails from the backyard. We spent several mornings at the nearby hot springs. What a treat! Luca was communicative and helpful with all of our questions.

Location was perfect and close to fun things to do. The host was very responsive and friendly. 10/10 recommend staying here. Everything was very cleaned and beautiful.

The airbnb was great! Great views, the room facing the valley was nice and quiet, very quaint, old home. We were quite comfortable. You have to park a bit far from the Airbnb, so just be aware of that and try to reduce the number of trips you will need to make between the car and the Airbnb - we had our baby with us so that can be a bit tricky. Also, like in most homes in Europe, the floors are mostly stone/tile so I would recommend bringing comfy house socks or slippers. We also enjoyed the shops right outside of the door!

We had a truly amazing stay at Andrea’s home. We were welcomed by his parents with a home made cake, jam and wine from a local winery. When planning the trip with our parents and 12 month old, we wanted somewhere we could enjoy amenities of the home, but also be close enough to day trip to different locations in Tuscany. This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as day trips to Florence, Grosseto and Siena. Andrea provided amazing recommendations on local places to visit, as well as advising that taking the bus to Florence from Paganico. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and host for our extended family trip to Tuscany!

An enchanting place: the sea, the tower, the centennial olive grove. Guests with the utmost kindness, availability and professionalism. Thank you!

Paola is a fantastic host--responded immediately to any of additional needs. The apartment is beautiful with an excptional kitchen upstairs with terrific views. The location is perfect.

Nice and practical apartment and a really nice and helpful host: we recomend the place to everyone who wants a peaceful place to stay, really close to Saturnia.

We had a great time, the apartment is very comfortable with the possibility to park the car in front of the house and there is everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. From Sovana you can reach all the surrounding towns in a short time with the convenience of being in a quiet place and at the same time equipped with everything from restaurants to a bakery and the excellent honey we bought at Orietta's shop next to the apartment. Highly recommended!!

We spent a long weekend in Alberese to enjoy some Maremma and the sea. Marica and Davide's apartment is exactly as you can see from the photos: beautiful and cozy, with a private garden that was very comfortable. Davide was available and flexible. The apartment is located in the heart of Alberese, easy to reach. Marina di Alberese can be reached by bike or by a convenient shuttle. Recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated touches like fresh towels and the equipped kitchen. Our host Roberto was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. He made check-in seamless. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for such a lovely stay that we will never forget, Roberto! Wish you all the best.

Excellent host! And what a view!

Great holiday home with beautiful views over the Tuscan hills. No less than 3 spacious bedrooms with great beds. A nice covered terrace with the same beautiful view where you can have delicious breakfast or dinner. The private swimming pool is of course also fantastic, our children enjoyed this. Gabriele is a very friendly proactive host who sent all nice tips and useful info in advance and awakened our self upon arrival. Despite the slightly inclement weather during the week we were there, there is plenty to do and visit in the area, when the weather is nice you can also go to the coast. I would highly recommend this stay and hope to come back someday!

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

We had a great time! Super clean and spacious house with a nice outdoor area. Constanze was always super helpful and responded quickly. But be aware, you need a car and restaurants and supermarkets are not in walking distance. Thanks a lot for having us.

We liked it very much, it was very comfortable to spend the night on our route and it made it easy for us to leave our luggage before the stipulated check-in time so we could take advantage of sightseeing from the morning.

Stefania was super nice to wait for us despite we were later for 3 hours. Her house was very beautiful and lots of space for 10 of us. Everyone can have their own space on the balcony or terrace. Can have BBQ too. House was very well equipped with everything that we expected. Had a wonderful time. Thank you.

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

Very nice and quiet place to stay, perfect for families. The pool was great, the house large enough for 4 adults + toddler, everything very clean, very well equipped kitchen. The pizzeria in the village is very good, the other larger places are a bit far away. All in all, a beautiful place to stay

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!
