Michela was fantastic, we had a problem with the water heater upon our arrival and she promptly found a solution for us by paying us one night in a hotel next to the house, and also refunded us the first night of our reservation. Host accurate in directions and quick to respond. Nothing to object to.

A small dream apartment, simple but clean and tidy. There is everything you need, especially a balcony on the marina where you can get lost... small beach in front of the house and directly on the long harbor near shops and restaurants. The owners have provided us with all the useful information for the stay including tips on what to do and where to eat...everything is perfect! Definitely an experience to do again! Never found an apartment so equipped with every comfort and every accessory. It was like being at home. It's not at all obvious to receive so much attention! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and really has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The surroundings are fabulous, and it is located in a well-connected area but still quiet and relaxing. Super recommended! Too bad we were only there for a few days, but I hope to be back soon! 😄 In addition, the hosts are super responsive and available for any need/request. Thanks Sara & Sere!

We loved our time at L’Assolata! It’s a beautiful spot, within close driving distance to many towns in Tuscany such as Pienza, Siena, Sarteano, and Montepulciano. It’s a bit farther away from Lucca, Volterra, and San Gimignano - so just plan for longer drives if your itinerary includes these places. It’s a serene place to both relax and explore. The views are INCREDIBLE! Even though the weather was cold and rainy a lot during our time there, we had a nice day sitting by the pool and it was the best! It’s just down the hill from the village of Radicofani. We loved walking around there and going to the bakeries and butcher shops. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated, and just as described. Sara was very helpful! We had the best time and hope to return again someday!

Elio is just such a fantastic host anyone could wish for, warm, friendly, kind, caring and very responsive. We were grateful for a flexible arrival because of a long journey and Elio warmly welcomed us in person, helped us with our luggage, spoiled us with a bottle of wine and his generosity throughout our stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated. It is spacious, bright and modern yet with delicate touches that bring up the old fashioned feel of Italy, very clean, comfortable beds, good wifi, well equipped kitchen. On some days we also enjoyed sitting on the balcony sipping on our coffee simply enjoying the atmosphere and soaking up the sun :-) Elio gave us lots of recommendations for the area and we enjoyed our countryside and vineyard walks, as well as just strolling through charming streets of the town, exploring nearby places, wine tasting etc. We loved our stay very much that I hope we will return to stay at Elio’s place again.

This was the perfect place to stay in Montepulciano! Breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape and a quick 3-4 minute walk to the main part of the town. Nico and Elena were excellent hosts and directed me to a parking lot a quick walk from the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and I’d recommend it to anyone coming to Montepulciano!

Lovely accommodations and a very nice and responsive host who got us checked in within a few hours of booking. Very convenient location with great restaurants nearby.

Thank you had a wonderful “ mini- break” - everything was tip top and the flat is super clean, warm, cosy and comfortable. We were greeted by our friendly host who had provided a welcome snack of biscuits and home made cakes. He also left a supply of teas and coffee pods. If you have a car and are interested in history ( from Etruscan through Roman to Renaissance ) there are endless places to see. We are very much looking forward to coming back!

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

This was an excellent experience. The host (Alex) was very friendly and welcoming, and a wealth of information about what to do in the area. The apartment was beautifully crafted, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything you needed. I had a small issue and Alex fixed it immediately. The pool area is fantastic and a walk down the valley through the vineyard is highly recommended. Overall, a fantastic experience.

the house is very clean and very welcoming with a magnificent hot tub for 2 on a panoramic window from which you can also see the famous MOAI statue. Luciana was very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information to best visit the area. the house is comfortable and equipped with everything even chargers on the nightstand. Vitorchiano, already beautiful in itself, is an excellent solution for visiting Bomarzo, the village of fairy tales, Celleno and its ghost village, all very interesting stops recommended by Luciana on the way to Civita di Bagnoregio, tips that we treasured and that made our stay even more interesting. highly recommended

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!
