We had an amazing stay at this property—it truly exceeded all our expectations! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The pool was a real highlight: clean, private, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine or cooling off. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and incredibly responsive. They were always available and made us feel very welcome from the start. Everything went perfectly, and we would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a top Airbnb experience. We’d love to come back!

This property was perfect for our families!! So much to do and the island is very quiet and peaceful. We parked our boats at the dock in the back with ease. The beaches were virtually empty everytime we went and the sunsets are amazing!

Our search for a pet-friendly place with a pool 5 minutes from beach access that also accomodates my husband's mobility challenges--he uses a walker and occasional electric scooter--was met beyond our expectations. The layout provides for sleeping quarters and a full bathroom on each side of the house as well as individual access to the pool area. We took advantage of using the grill, the washer and dryer, and the beach gear as if we were at our own house, without having to pack so much for our long drive from New York. The quiet block is filled with friendly folks who wave and speak to you as you walk your dog or come and go during your stay. We are already planning a return!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home! The location is perfect for visiting the beaches and restaurants. The house was clean and just as advertised. Quiet neighborhood. The owners respond quickly if you have any questions. Lots of items you may need to cook or grill out are already in the home. Very convenient! Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Nick’s house! The home was exactly as described and even better than the pictures—spacious, clean, and perfect for my family while we were in town. Nick was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering any questions we had to make our stay seamless. The location and amenities were ideal, making it feel like a true home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be booking with Nick again on our next trip. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been traveling to Englewood/ Rotonda area for over two decades. Rick's home is the Florida dream. Secluded, in a nature infused setting yet minutes away from grocery stores and under 20 minutes to the beach. Only an hour to SRQ or Punta Gorda. Rick communicated promptly every step of the way. This stay is everything we needed in an Airbnb.

As a Floridian who travels frequently and has been in a lot of rentals across the state, I was very impressed with Maria's place. The house was welcoming from the second you walk in. Maria has beautifully decorated every room, very unique Floridaesque pieces, down to the hand towels. Although it was just my daughter and me, I imagine this would be plenty of space for a bigger family. The backyard is amazing; I loved walking around and looking at the landscape. Even though there is a busy road nearby, it felt very secluded. Even though we ended up not bringing our dog, we enjoyed feeding our fish friends every day. There are several restaurants in the area to choose from, for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Nice central location, we took day trips to Sanibel and Boca Grande to ride our bikes, visited the Edison/Ford estate in Ft Myers. It was nice to relax in the pool/hot tub after returning "home" at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this oasis to anyone looking for a rental.

Kellie's place "The Aqua Oasis" was everything we were looking for. It was bright, clean, comfortable, well decorated, spacious, stocked well, and only 10 min or less to the beautiful and tranquil waters of the Gulf. The pool was nice to take a dip in and the fact that she accepts pets is great for us canine owners! Also, Kellie was a very prompt communicator which was appreciated when we needed her. If I'm ever back in the Englewood area, I'll definitely stay again.

The home is beautiful and well appointed with everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool was enjoyed daily! The location is a quick drive to Siesta Key, Lido, and Saint Armand’s. It took about 10-15m for each of these. I would stay here again when we return to Siesta. It is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood!

The place was beautiful. Lots of space. The pool & hot tub was great. Beaches were close. He was very responsive if needed. Easy check in & easy check out.

I highly recommend! The house was very cute, clean and very well stocked. The pool, patio area and pool features were fantastic. Everything was excellent and the host was very responsive and friendly. The check in and out process was super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome stay! The house is on a quiet street with no traffic and friendly neighbors. The inside of the house is spotless and there’s plenty of room for everyone. The appliances are all new and there are plenty of cookware and utensils. We spent most of our time relaxing in the pool area. It’s very peaceful and lots of wildlife to see in the back yard. There’s an outdoor cooking area and TV out there The house is located about 20 minutes away from Boca Grande and Englewood Beach. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

The place was spacious and filled with natural light. Rooms had plenty of extra blankets and pillows, laundry room was a dream; lots of towels, ironing board and iron, enough of detergent pods. Dishwasher was working well and had enough pods to use. Pool and outside area was better than expected! Outdoor shower was a bonus too!! Would recommend to friends and family and would definitely stay again.

Great location close to restaurants and the beach! This cute 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is super clean and felt like a home away from home! Everything is beautifully decorated with some wonderful updates. Our pup was very comfortable there with a great Florida room and fenced in backyard to chill. The bed we slept in was very comfortable- and we are picky because we have a great bed at home! Everything is as described and they provided a lot of amenities- bath products, beach stuff, and even a few snacks! We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but hope to next time!

Inessa was a very responsive host. The house is very nicely decorated! I am picky about clean ( I own a cleaning business myself) and their crew does a fabulous job! Thanks for a great week!

Just wanted to Thank you John again for a really great time. This place was excellent and exactly as described. The island is one ☝🏻 of our favorite spots ❤️. We will be back for sure. Always feel refreshed when you get home.

Ewelina’s home was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend. There were so many games and things to enjoy while at home. Just a short drive to many great restaurants and beaches. She was very responsive and accommodating as well.

Where does one begin?! Amanda was an extraordinary host, bar none. Communication was proactive and ensured no detail was overlooked, in terms of logistics for grocery delivery and transportation from the dick to the house, seamless precision. The house was pristine w/every attention to detail being met (and exceeded). The views were nothing short of surreal; the beach was perfection! We are counting the days til our return, so very grateful to Amanda for hosting a magnificent stay at Lu’s!

Perfect for our large family. Having the upstairs allowed us good privacy for the older guests. The backyard was a little oasis. The bar with tv was a nice touch and the pool was perfect to chill in after a long day at the beach. The house was very clean and the furnishings were in great shape. Very comfortable for our large group. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed to cook a couple of big family dinners. The location was great to visit all the local beaches and was only 10 -30 minutes away from the best shark teeth hunting areas!

This house is the perfect getaway for a couple of weeks especially, for boaters the lift was perfect. It accommodated our boat and all our needs. This house has many extras. You won’t need to bring a thing. The hosts were great highly recommend would definitely rent this house again.

This is the perfect beach house and relax spot if you love Manasota key. Everything was spacious, clean and easy. Andrea's communication was on point. We loved that it was pet friendly and my kids loved the pool. We love it so much we are already planning on a return trip. Can't recommend it highly enough.
