This is our fourth year in a row. We really like the location. Dave and Mary are responsive to issues that arise.

Loved staying here. Peaceful. Quiet. Private. It was a wonderful get away.

House is lovely, exactly as depicted in photos. It’s super well appointed and Nicole was responsive and helpful.

Where does one begin?! Amanda was an extraordinary host, bar none. Communication was proactive and ensured no detail was overlooked, in terms of logistics for grocery delivery and transportation from the dick to the house, seamless precision. The house was pristine w/every attention to detail being met (and exceeded). The views were nothing short of surreal; the beach was perfection! We are counting the days til our return, so very grateful to Amanda for hosting a magnificent stay at Lu’s!

The place was very clean . The fresh flowers were beautiful oh and the crumb cake was delish . Heather was the best we will definitely be staying again . Until next time . Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Paul and Nanci’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Paul and Nanci were excellent host, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the observation deck – it was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset! And as for the fishing, the fish definitely bite – we had a great time casting a line and even caught a few! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return on my next trip! Thank you, Paul and Nanci, for such a great experience!

We were so grateful to have such a beautiful place to stay at for our vacation week. Great location! Great building! Privacy was pristine! Accommodations were wonderful! There were 9 of us and we all enjoyed our own space and ease of getting somewhere when we wanted to. Loved it all!

Beautiful home would recommend to anyone staying in Florida. Home was clean and inviting the whole family enjoyed it. It was comfortable and relaxing. It also was so close to restaurants and the beach an amazing experience. Highly recommended.

Our search for a pet-friendly place with a pool 5 minutes from beach access that also accomodates my husband's mobility challenges--he uses a walker and occasional electric scooter--was met beyond our expectations. The layout provides for sleeping quarters and a full bathroom on each side of the house as well as individual access to the pool area. We took advantage of using the grill, the washer and dryer, and the beach gear as if we were at our own house, without having to pack so much for our long drive from New York. The quiet block is filled with friendly folks who wave and speak to you as you walk your dog or come and go during your stay. We are already planning a return!

Lovely renovated home with all new furnishings and decor. Very tastefully done. Comfortable and fun. Really enjoyed eating all our meals on the screened in porch!! We also enjoyed nearby Englewood beach and also ldriving to Boca Grande, just 25-30 min away. Beautiful place as well. Found over 600 sharks teeth in just a few days.. Amazing time!!

This home in Port Charlotte is fantastic! The key to a great stay in an Airbnb is a good host. I don't care how good the house is, if you don't have a good host your trip can be ruined. Holli is a great host! We had a minor issue with the pool and texted her about it. We were pulling out of the driveway 15 minutes later and the pool service guy was pulling in. I have not had a more responsive and proactive host before. We had 3 ocean days and 3 kayaking days as our main activities on our trip. I feel like the kayaking is downplayed on the website. There are 4 kayaks to choose from with paddles and life vests. The canals and Myakka river are great places to explore and nature watch. We went in late May and only ran into one other kayaker on our journeys. Venice and Siesta Key were our favorite nearby beaches! White sand and clear water beaches. The house was really fun and modern. We loved the smart couches and very large kitchen. Every part of the home was taken care of with love!

This house was perfect for my family’s first trip down to visit my dad since he moved to Englewood. It comfortably fit me and my husband, our three kids, as well as my sister, brother in law and their toddler. The backyard is beautiful, private and relaxing. The pool was amazing- we opted to use the heater just to ensure it would be perfect at whatever time we wanted to go in the pool. The beds were comfy and plentiful for all our guests. The layout is open. It felt very comfortable overall. Two things- 1. be careful walking barefoot on the shells in the backyard, they can be painful, just avoid by staying on the paved pathways, not a problem at all, just a forewarning for future visitors. And 2. the hallway bathroom tub took a minute to figure out when we first went to bathe our kids. Luckily, Rebecca is very responsive and quickly answered my questions. We loved our stay so much, we half jokingly talked about booking our stay now for next year’s spring break! Definitely recommend!

Placida holds a special place in our hearts and Igor’s place absolutely met my high expectations for this vacation. I have little children so cleanliness is a must for me and this house was absolutely clean and the beds are VERY comfortable which is also high on my list. A bad bed, bad sleep, can literally make or break a trip and the beds were very comfy. We slept amazing! My children say the pool was the best part of their stay and it was awesome for me to have full vision on the pool inside the house and in the pool area. The location is perfect. We spent a lot of time on Boca but not being confined to the island is why we stayed off the island. The best Publix is literally across the street. We met the neighbors who have high regard for Igor. We didn’t use the kayaks (again little children stopped that) but loved that they were available. The house is fully stocked, all we needed was food. It was such a lovely stay.

The Dolphin Rd house was perfect. My kids loved the pool and my husband and I loved the nature views of the pond just feet from the lanai. The decor had a modern, beachy feel and the house was well stocked with everything my family needed for our family vacation. I’d happily rent again!

Lily's home is absolutely stunning, such a gorgeous private setting. This beautiful quiet home is tucked away in the woods with so much peace and tranquility, and the calming sound of birds chirping. The huge airy home has been nicely updated, the kitchen and the bathrooms are modern and lovely. The kitchen is fully stocked with every cookware and spices that you would ever need. The large pool area is amazing as well, and the tiki bar adds a nice tropical flare to the fun surroundings. It was the perfect birthday week with the girls, who absolutely loved it too. Lily was the best host ever, very quick to respond and very helpful. She has added some nice personal touches with books, lots of linens and towels, it's very clean, and it's very spacious. This home would be perfect for several families, with two separate master bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms at opposite ends. I also loved the inside outside feel of the home, lots of light. Beach is so close too, perfect location! Loved it!

Marina was very accommodating and friendly. The house was great and had everything we needed for a beach trip! This was my second time staying at this house, and I had a great experience both times.

Great Airbnb. The house is fully stocked with all the needs for the beach and daily living. Super cute splash pad and swimming pool 5 minutes away. Local beaches, parks, and restaurants are close. I would def stay here again.

We are frequent air b&b guests and this was one of the best places we have stayed at. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to beaches. Highly recommend!

Truly sensational! We were pleasantly surprised with all the high tech gadgets in the home. Fabulous location in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was delightful. Troy was a great host, always responsive and provided some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We truly enjoyed our stay in Punta Gorda!

We spend two happy and relaxed weeks in Angelika‘s house. The location is perfectly located among nature, parks, beaches and great shopping opportunities though a own car is highly recommended. Thank you Angelika! Dita & Franz, Switzerland

Greg and Bernadetta's house is everything you could ever want in an Airbnb! By far the best one I have stayed at. On arrival it was absolutely spotless, smelled great, it is beautifully decorated, feels cozy and so clean and fancy at the same time! It is fully stocked with everything you need - from plenty of kitchenware and appliances to pool accessories and towels, to beach gear. Huge bonuses for us were the wagon for the beach, enough backpack beach chairs for the entire family, boogie boards, shark teeth finding sifters, 2 coolers. We were SET! They have bikes and kayaks - you could stay for weeks!! The pool is also awesome. Lots of space to lounge, the pool itself is SO nice, even the mat floor around the pool is awesome. Beaches and restaurants are close by, and the hosts are super helpful and responsive checking on us and accommodating anything we needed. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We loved that they had basically everything you might need. They even had a high chair and pack n play which was really useful with our 11 month old. The area is peaceful and quiet but still close to restaurants/grocery stores. Our favorite part of the stay was watching the sunset while relaxing in the pool.

This house is the perfect getaway for a couple of weeks especially, for boaters the lift was perfect. It accommodated our boat and all our needs. This house has many extras. You won’t need to bring a thing. The hosts were great highly recommend would definitely rent this house again.
