Large living room has 2 couches of which one is a sofa bed. Three smart TVs. Full kitchen and modern bathroom. Walk 150 yards to water and sit on the dock. Beach is across the street, legal access south 1.5 miles. Another 1 bedroom with kitchen and bathroom can be rented separately which attaches to this unit
