Coal’s View is a luxury detached holiday cottage situated in Eyton, a quiet country hamlet within Herefordshire. The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. The bedroom includes a king bed, with views overlooking the paddocks. The bathroom includes an impressive standalone bathtub. There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining for two, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

Completely Unique Tin Shed.

The unique Tin Shed has been designed using sustainable and recycled materials, featuring original art from local artists and filled with natural light. It is lined with wood creating a warm and natural ambiance and it also has a wood burner. A compact, well equipped kitchen, living space, ground floor bathroom with power shower and WC. Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.

The Retreat

Recently refurbished & hidden away privately behind electric gates, a truly delightful private parkland style setting of landscape mature gardens with views over open countryside. The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. It is ideally placed for walking and cycling, exploring nearby attractions or simply relaxing with a book.

The view from the hot tub is of Bredon Hill, and most mornings, you will see the herd of deer pass through the field.

Step out of the rat race and off-grid at The Shepherds Hut at Broad Oak. Enjoy the back-drop of the Malvern Hills, tranquillity and lack of people. Near Upton on Severn and Malvern, there are plenty of eating opportunities if you don't want to self-cater. The hut is a 300m walk from the car park so pack light, bring coat, wellies and a torch; it gets dark here! Private compost loo. Private shower. Shared conventional wc at carpark.
