Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

Very private with a cosy log burner, fire pit area and state of the art hot tub as well as a stunning bath to soak all your stresses away in. Relax in the reclining sofa to a movie on Netflix thanks to Sky TV with super fast broadband. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and bi fold doors straight onto the decking for the warmer days.

Come and stay at St Just Coach House.
The Coach House is a newly converted building that is entirely separate from the rest of the property with private access. It is a very lovely space for 1 person or 2 people to share. We have super king bed that can be separated into 2 singles if our guests prefer. There is unlimited free WIFI and several of the power sockets incorporate USB charging points. The accommodation is well positioned in a conservation area directly opposite to the Malvern Link Common which is great for walking dogs.
