Vacation rentals with beach access in Malpais

Loved the apartment & location! Has everything you need and the host is very helpful :) would stay here again & highly recommend overall

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans le logement de Léo,il est venu nous accueillir à été très chaleureux et nous a renseigné sur tout ce que nous avions besoin. L’endroit est vraiment top!propre avec de l’eau chaude,et chaque matin il y avait une gentille dame qui venait faire la chambre.Ce sera un plaisir de revenir une prochaine fois.

Great place to stay in Santa Teresa. We were surprised at how big the place is. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out in the living room/kitchen. The balconies are an amazing plus. The location is incredible- right on the Main Street but tucked away and safe. Chino gave us some wonderful recommendations of beaches to go to that we ended up repeating! Walking to Santa Teresa beach was a big advantage for days when everyone didn’t want to do the same thing. We hope to be back!

Simona’s place was wonderful. The check in was very easy and I felt right at home as soon as I checked in to the airbnb. The kitchen was great, it had all the required amenities and a working stove and oven. The location is prime - it is next to the beach, and many restaurants and cafes. The place was cleaned daily and fresh towels were brought consistently. Simona offered great recommendations and I enjoyed that I could use the pool next door to Griss Lodge. My only con would be that the place can get a bit noisy in the night because of the ATVs and motorcycles driving on the road so I would recommend bringing ear plugs. Other than that, the place is wonderful and I would recommend Simona’s place.

El lugar es muy limpio está cerca de la playa y muy cerca de la piscina Y frente a la tienda. El anfitrión es muy amable definitivamente me volvería a hospedar en el lugar

Nos sentimos como en casa, el departamento es precioso al igual que la zona de piscina. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables; respondieron a todas nuestras consultas e incluso nos hicieron buenas recomendaciones sobre la zona. El único aspecto desfavorable es que al estar sobre una calle muy transitada el ruido puede ser un poco molesto.

el apartamento es increíblemente bello, super acogedor más si uno va con niños, Susan siempre amable y atenta. Sin duda alguna lo recomendaremos y volveremos a utilizarlo.

Casa Dona Luisa is a beautiful gem with a semiprivate beach out its front door. It's located just far enough outside of Santa Teresa to be quiet but still centrally located to all the great activities. Maykol was a wealth of knowledge and beyond helpful in assisting always with any vacation questions we had. I'd stay here again if we make it back to the Nicoya Peninsula.

Mitten in der Natur (dem Wald und seiner Tierwelt), und doch in 15 Min. über eine Treppe (ca. 100 Höhenmeter) zum weiten Traumstrand. Ein grandioser Blick über den Wald zum Meer. Natürliches, wohlschmeckendes Wasser aus eigener Quelle, nicht chloriert! Starkes Wlan (Starlink-gespeist), abschaltbar für Strahlen-Sensible. „Profi“-Sortiment an Edelstahltöpfen/-pfannen und -messern. Absolute Stille - bis auf die wunderbaren Geräusche der Tierwelt. In der Nacht ein berauschender Sternenhimmel, grandiose Sonnenaufgänge. Bei Bedarf verleiht Joachim ein Quad / ATV, mit dem wir unsere Einkäufe tätigen und das Umfeld ausgiebig erkunden konnten. Geheimtip für Bio-Fans: Die Green World in Santa Teresa. Tip für den absoluten Flow: Mit dem Quad bei Ebbe über den Strand von Manzanillo „gleiten“. Die Betreuung: sehr kurze Antwortzeiten, schnelle, wirksame Hilfe, absolute Privatsphäre. Danke Joachim für diese Erfahrung!

Such a beautiful location and the PERFECT villa for my family and I. The property is exactly as per the photos. It is maintained daily by Vincete (awesome guy and super friendly/really helpful). The house was cleaned daily at no extra cost. We had such a wonderful time staying here with 2 young kids, grandma and brother’s family. The view from the kitchen and outdoor area/pool is beautiful and never gets old. Would love to come back again!

Pia's place is probably my favorite AirBnb ever. It's a little beachside oasis right in the heart of Santa Teresa. Walk across the beautifully landscaped yard and onto the sand of one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. Iguanas, monkeys, butterflies and birds everywhere. A great hotel next door for good meals and pool time for kids. Pia is an exceptionally cool and kind and helpful host. And the house itself is awesome -- beautifully designed, well maintained, gorgeous. Can't recommend it highly enough.

We had a great stay, the airbnb is beautiful and had everything we needed. It’s only a 15 min walk to the centre with nice cafes and restaurants and about 5/10 minutes to the beach. We would definitely come back

Sehr sehr süße Unterkunft mit unglaublich viel Platz und einem tollen Zugang direkt zum Meer. Wir haben dort schöne 3 Nächte verbracht. In Cabuya ist an sich nicht besonders viel los, das Airbnb ist also eher wie eine kleine Oase wenn man etwas für sich sein möchte würde ich sagen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht: Ein spärlicher aber ausreichender Supermarkt (etwa 10-15min zu Fuß entfernt) und direkt die kleine strasse hoch auch ein Restaurant. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und waren vor allem von der überdurchschnittlichen Ausstattung des Airbnbs begeistert. Super zum runterkommen :) Jenny war auch toll, immer schnell erreichbar und sehr unkompliziert.

Joseph’s property is a serene, peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery and just a five-minute walk to the ocean. The tranquil setting and nature’s beauty made it the perfect escape for New Year's Eve. One highlight was meeting Macho, the friendly “guardian” dog, who quickly became a cherished part of our stay. Joseph’s hospitality was exceptional—he was kind, responsive, and even made us delicious homemade pizza one evening. We had a small misunderstanding about bringing two dogs instead of one, but Joseph was incredibly understanding and welcomed both with open arms. The property itself was well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with inviting outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy nature. Our only minor issue was a missed cleaning service, but Joseph apologized and offered to reschedule, though it was too close to our departure to be worthwhile. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d love to return!

Le logement est très joli et bien situé. Marisa est incroyable! Elle a même ajouté du mobilier avant notre arrivée pour nous accommoder afin qu’on puisse prendre des repas à 4 autour d’une table dehors comme en-dedans. Super bien décoré. Végétation nous faisant sentir bien. Très bien isolé à l’intérieur pour ne pas entendre les quads qui passent sur la rue principale. Nous avons adoré!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Zimmer und die Poolanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Außerdem besticht die Unterkunft durch die zentrale Lage. Die Kommunikation zwischen uns und dem Gastgeber lief sehr gut, als wir ein kleines Problem hatten. Er hat uns gleich weiter geholfen.

¡Pasamos una estancia encantadora en el alojamiento de don Arman! El apartamento está dentro de un lugar rodeado de naturaleza, donde se observan guacamayas y venados. El lugar tiene un campo de golf, está cerca de la playa y el espacio de la piscina es muy agradable. La seguridad del lugar es un plus, se puede caminar a cualquier hora por el lugar sin preocupación. El apartamento está nuevo y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. La cocina muy bien equipada, las camas muy cómodas y todo estaba muy limpio. A unos pasos del alojamiento hay un súper, el mismo está muy bien surtido. Don Arman fue un excelente anfitrión, con gusto recomendamos este lugar. Esperamos volver pronto, si Dios lo permite.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We’d definitely stay here again!

Michaels place was very clean! Very quiet area. I felt very safe as someone traveling solo. It seems to be an older retired area.. so if your looking for fun, this isn’t the place. But if you are looking for peace and quiet, a private place to regroup- this place is perfect for that. There was a beachfront restaurant nearby that was really good. Depending upon the vibe you’re looking for, I definitely recommend!

Stayed in this lovely unit for 5 very comfortable weeks. The unit was clean, very well equipped and the outdoor sitting area was so enjoyable with monkeys, macaws, and even the odd friendly iguana to keep you entertained. Troy and Charmie were very attentive as hosts and the beach chairs and cooler were great to have on hand. Units on this side of the condo offer the golf course and treed patio surroundings as well as welcome shade all afternoon. Los Delfines is a very safe and secure location. The Azul complex has a handy mini mart across the street. It also has a nice pool where most residents got together late afternoons to enjoy some laughs and exchange ideas and findings on where they had visited that day. It had a wonderful “community” feel and we met so many terrific new friends, the vast majority from Ontario. Complex has a fabulous beach cafe … the Firebean also nice beach bar restaurant “El Rancho” - great food/good value. Played pickleball most days too! We hope to return!
