Due to an unfortunate issue with our original place to stay, we had to make a last minute pivot. We were so grateful to have found Richard’s place and his incredible hospitality. This place is toward the north part of the town, so it felt much less crowded and it was particularly quiet at night. All we heard were the waves and an occasional lizard on the roof! 😂 We cooked most of our meals at the property, and the kitchen setup worked great. The instant beach access was amazing, and the ability to come back and relax in the hammocks and at the table/couch area in the shade was also a giant perk. Maria cleaned the place each day, which was also a bonus and an example of their wonderful care. It’s located beside a cafe, which does mean more people nearby at times, but it also means quick access to food/drink. Aside from the first evening when a DJ was playing at the cafe (Sunday funday!), it was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy a beautiful location. Many thanks!

Pia's place is probably my favorite AirBnb ever. It's a little beachside oasis right in the heart of Santa Teresa. Walk across the beautifully landscaped yard and onto the sand of one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. Iguanas, monkeys, butterflies and birds everywhere. A great hotel next door for good meals and pool time for kids. Pia is an exceptionally cool and kind and helpful host. And the house itself is awesome -- beautifully designed, well maintained, gorgeous. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Casa de Arte offers a perfect blend of artistic charm, comfort, and proximity to nature’s wonders. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a special, peaceful retreat with family or friends in Montezuma.

This was my second time staying at Carlos’ place and I will definitely be back when I come visit Santa Teresa! It is a perfect escape, it feels very private yet is so close to everything you need. The house is clean and has great WiFi and AC for remote work. Carlos is an amazing host, he is super friendly and always willing to help. He even helped me organize a horseback tour. His local knowledge made a huge difference! Great price, great location!

The accommodation is spectacular: it has different environments, a beautiful view, a super cool pool, very modern and equipped, a very quiet place, parking space, and very comfortable beds. 4WD is required. We really enjoyed the place. Highly recommended!

Dana’s place in Santa Teresa was great! It was in a quieter part of town but still walkable to all conveniences. It was beautifully decorated just as shown in the photos.

What a beautiful property located close to the main strip. Judit our host was extremely responsive and helpful regarding every aspect of our trip. She made recommendation on activities, where to eat, and connected with us with the right people to get setup for all our desired activities. Can’t rave enough about the service!

We loved our stay at Casas del Soleil. The property is stunning, surrounded by nature, and the villa was spotless with a well-equipped kitchen. Its location, set back from the main road, ensures a peaceful environment. Soraya is truly a treasure and her staff were exceptional. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, arranged our airport transfer and ATV delivery. The cleaning service was top-notch, and they even took care of our laundry. The pool was an added bonus! I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Beautiful location and property. View is fantastic. Pool area was lovely. Outdoor bathroom was a vibe. Felt extremely private and peaceful. Fairly quick access to town in Santa Teresa. Our host/concierge Fiona was extremely responsive and helpful. Our first time in Costa Rica so a few notes for other first time visitors relevant to this property. The roads to access the house are really rough which made coming and going an adventure. 4x4 helpful. In April, temp is fairly hot and high humidity. The AC kept the bedrooms nice and cool but the main room stayed pretty warm. House is set in the beautiful jungle which means wildlife at all times of day and night. Very fun but also a LOT of noise. Bring earplugs if a sensitive sleeper. A few small issues with the appliances during our stay but everything was resolved reasonably. Overall our trip was fabulous and would absolutely book with this host and property again.

The setting was amazing! It was really cool to be so close to Montezuma and the area but have a peaceful jungle retreat to go to. The pool was wonderful for cooling off and watching the animals. We saw a great variety of birds, reptiles, and had howler monkeys come through. It was an incredible few days. Jodi reached out after first booking and was a very responsive host, she connected us with Leanne and Ron right away, and they could not have been nicer or more helpful with all our local questions, giving suggestions, recommendations and advice. This was a phenomenal portion of our trip!!

I know Mal País and Santa Tere for over 20 years and I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS THANKS TO PABLO and his FINQUITA! If you are looking for the place of your dreams in the place of your dreams , don't hesitate ! This beautiful place complements paradise, it has EVERYTHING , what a traveler dreams and more! TOTALLY PRIVATE, but at the same time with a perfect location, with a supermarket 1 min walk super equipped with Vinos y Cortes Premium Meat, seafood, seasonal fruits and a 10 min walk to a fish market! The house is beautiful , the spacious rooms, the kitchen a dream , the A/C really ice cream, TV with Netflix wowwwww!!! Thank you Pablo for making my instance amazing, I arrived in the morning and always attentive to me! I hope and wish to return , is that you fall short with the description, a huge garden, space for several vehicles, patio , a huge room… I swear to come back !!!
