Vacation rentals with a home theater in Malibu

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

Bright, clean, spacious modern apartment in great Hollywood location. Comfortable bed. Nice floor plan with cycle. Lots of wire frame storage in closet works well for traveling because you can quickly organize your clothes and easily locate them when packing. Garage spot a big plus in this neighborhood. Host Andy was very responsive, provided check-in flexibility, and quickly sent some household items that were needed.

This is our second time staying here… everything went perfectly and so seamless. The secured parking, washer and dryer and hospitality made this experience a 10/10. Located in NoHo with endless amounts of things to do in walking distance. Highly recommend🤙🏾

We want to sincerely thank Nills for an amazing stay! The loft was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The only small recommendation would be to bring your own detergent if you plan to do laundry during your stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown LA, with everything within walking distance. Nills was an outstanding host, always proactive and maintaining open communication with my partner and me. From guiding us to the unit, to providing a list of great local shops and restaurants, he was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, Nills made our experience seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

My family and I were very pleased with Zadkiels place. He was very responsive and understanding with my concerns even before I booked his spot. The place was very clean and comfortable for us as if we were at home. I would definitely book with him again in the future he made my vacation in Los Angeles go very smooth. Thank you Zadkiel

My son, grandkids and I had a great time staying at Greg and Maylen's place. Maylen was extermely responsive and proactive which made the enhanced the entire experence. We will try to stay at the house on our next trip to LA if it is available.

Our family of six stayed at Walter and Jaya’s place for about 2.5 months while our house had some repairs. Walter went above and beyond and was very helpful and responsive when issues arose and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kids enjoyed watching for animals in the backyard. The movie room was a highlight for everyone as well.

Great experience, lots of nearby shops. Had no issues checking in, lots of accessible necessities.

D’s place was a 10 min drive to rose bowl (the venue) i went to. The place also came with parking, would definitely book again if I were to go to Pasadena again.

We loved our stay at Sonny and Teengting's home! We really appreciated the good communication and instructions ahead of time, and their willingness to accommodate us when we had to change our dates last minute and requested to check-in a little early. There is plenty of space to spread out and the game room in the garage is a fun added bonus our kids loved. There are also plenty of extras in the home including toys and games (we loved playing ping pong!) The kitchen is well stocked with all the items we needed for making meals. The location is in a quaint neighborhood and very convenient to stores and restaurants with easy access to I-5 and a quick trip to Disneyland (about 10-15 minutes) and the beach (about 20-25 minutes). Only downside were the neighbors could be a little loud, but it wasn't too disturbing and not the fault of the hosts. We really enjoyed our stay at Sonny and Teengting's and would recommend it!

Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Sarah’s place is a dream home, spotlessly clean, with the loveliest hosts and best quality everything - the polar opposite of the standard sterile Airbnb. (We felt like we were staying in a very stylish friend’s house!) The location is unbeatable - a short walk to great restaurants, shops and cafes on Ventura Blvd; beaches, Universal, Beverly Hills all within a quick drive. The best part was the home itself - light, bright, quiet, 5 bedrooms (2 interconnecting) and multiple different living areas, so plenty of space to spread out - huge eat-in kitchen, separate formal dining room, formal living room, cosy TV room (with huge cinema screen for movie nights!) and peaceful skylit sunroom - something for everyone. Super comfy beds, stunning bathrooms and a kitchen better than a magazine cover. Enclosed, private garden front and back with a lovely pool and outdoor kitchen. We had a great stay! The place is conveniently located right along the freeway, which made it easy to access. It was neat and clean when we arrived, and we loved how organized everything was in the kitchen. The lighted mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch—very modern and useful! The only thing missing was a bidet in the bathroom, which we hope they’ll install soon. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

Great space for large family. Everyone had their own bathroom. Pool was a nice amenity.

This is a wonderful resort. I would come back in a heart beat. Centrally located to the beaches and John Wayne Airport is very close. Excellent amenities.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 2 kids. The location was great with lots of food and shopping in walking distance. The directions were clear on how to find the apartment. Very cute apartment with all the amenities. Robert was very responsive and friendly. Great hosts! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This stay was wonderful; just what I was looking for! Bella and Alan were very hospitable and welcoming. Alan personally greeted me and made me feel right at home. The grocery store was so convenient as part of the complex, and the stay was within walking distance or a quick Uber from all of the spots I needed to get to during my visit. Great stay!
