Stunning home in such a prime location! Right across from the beach with two patios for people watching or watching the sunset. Easy to walk to any and everything from free aquariums to local restaurants. The space itself was exactly as pictured if not larger and from beginning to end the host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking if you see this spot available!

It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was perfect—close to great restaurants, the beach, and local attractions. Ami was communicative and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect place right across the beach, an easy walk near a bunch of great food places! Chris was very nice and welcoming. If I am ever in Santa Monica again this would be my first option!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

What a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front! Parking wasn’t too bad although we had to walk a bit each night which is due to our fault leaving early morning and coming back at 11-12 at night so of course closer parking is not expected but there is a nice area to ensure we can park temporarily for luggage unloading etc. The shower was absolutely amazing and I always looked forward to taking one! Kim was an amazing host and very responsive! I def recommend and would 100% go back!

We had an incredible stay at Bradley's Airbnb in Manhattan Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, as well as multiple restaurants and shops, making it so easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was fantastic: well-stocked, clean, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five, including three teenagers. Bradley's father, Robert, was the main contact and is an excellent host. He was always available for recommendations and went above and beyond by giving us a personal walking tour of the area when we arrived. His knowledge of the local spots made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, our experience was amazing, and we highly recommend staying here! It was the perfect place for our family vacation. We can not wait to return!

Ghada’s place is beautiful!! Wow! Amazing views of the canals! Wonderful amenities… we really enjoyed the paddle boards and the spa! So close to the beach and harbor within 5 minutes! Great restaurants and coffee shops. The master bedroom is huge! The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals. Our big family loved this really special home! Ghada is so nice and responds very quickly with anything you need!

My daughters and I stayed at Darren's over the holiday and could not have picked a better home. The location was perfect. From the ocean being steps away to fabulous restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The house confused me a bit at first as I thought the listing said "entire house" so just know it's the downstairs unit. But it's exactly as the pictures show. It has a perfect beach bungalow feel and is very cozy. Everything we needed was already there from kitchenware to shower products and even a hair dryer but most importantly for that area- a parking spot! it's a tight fit but it's a lifesaver. AND- Darren was a great host. He was so communicative. We never had an emergency but I have zero doubt that if we did he would have been available to take care of it. we will definitely be back!

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

It was a wonderful place near the beach and walking distance to a lot restaurants and stores. My family and I couldn’t have been any happier with our stay.

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations! The location was absolutely incredible, and the pictures don’t do this place justice. It was warm, cozy, and felt just like home from the moment I arrived. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful walkways—perfect for cute morning strolls and super close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping! An absolutely beautiful place and so comfortable and clean!! Just gorgeous and nicely done!! We felt right at home. Tower 17 was responsive when we had trouble with the fireplace and let us add on another night too. I love their generosity with towels and supplies-no nice not to have to worry about them and we could be comfortable. We loved our time at this place!! Thank you!

Nico was an exceptional host — everything described on Airbnb was spot on. He even provided us with laundry pods to use in the building’s laundry room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Pike, Pine Street, the Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, and more. My wife and I will definitely be back! absolutely STUNNING!!!! pictures do not do this place justice and the waves that crash up makes the world's most peaceful sleep!!! My husband LOVED the shower the water pressure was the best and the water got super hot! beds were comfy, everything was clean and neat, parking was private and everything was exceptional!! thank you so much

Maya’s place was awesome! It was walkable to great restaurants and the beach, and Maya was helpful and responsive to all of our needs.

The location is a dream, but what made this space really stand out were the charming Christmas decorations both inside and out, Susan’s quick responses when we had questions, willingness to help us with parking, and literally ANYTHING we needed. Also I just have to comment on how wonderfully comfortable the bed was in the master bedroom. A truly special place on Balboa island in a prime location - for a spectacular stay! Highly recommend! If you are looking for a place on the beach - this is it. During high tide - the ocean does under the house! You are ON the waterfront. Perfect place o see dolphins, seals and an occasional whale. Beautiful location. Highly recommended.
