Monthly Rentals in Maliaño

My partner and I, we were looking for a few quiet days and disconnection, and of course in Antonio's place, that's what we found. The location is great, as you have several villages nearby to visit, and the town of Santander, less than 20mins. It's definitely the perfect place to disconnect, but don't get bored. The hosts have been attentive; the spotless casita, a real monad, and if you like animals, their dog Elmo a charm... we would choose this place again without hesitation.

Apartment with everything you need, close to any cantabria site, quiet area and park well

The host was friendly and responsive - provided clear instructions to get to and access the place, and was willing to help with whatever was needed. The accommodation has everything specified in the listing description, it is clean and equipped with kitchen and bathroom utensils. As soon as you walk out the door there are public transport or parking stops if you are moving in your own vehicle. I definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment, newly renovated. Too bad it's in an area where it's impossible to park nearby. Loading and unloading is also a hassle because the street has no parking. It doesn't have an elevator, so keep that in mind when taking things up the stairs.
