Family-friendly vacation rentals in Málaga

Great place to stay - even in winter. Some of the bars and tapas places were closed with it being Christmas/ New Year week but there is a lovely kitchen to cook in. Regular bus to Malaga and nearby larger villages for tapas. Great communcation with Simon and Jeanette and help with getting a taxi from the airport.

Apartament jak na zdjęciach wszystko na wysokim poziomie. Super taras :) Wszytko czego potrzebujesz jest w apartamencie kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko mikser, blender, ekspres do kawy, piekarnik itp. Gospodarz przyjął bardzo miło wszystko jasno wytłumaczył i oprowadził. Bardzo polecam :) Malutki minus za lokalizację ponieważ wszędzie dalej bez auta było by ciężko.

This is a great apartment in a perfect location for exploring Malaga. A quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the bustling centre of Malaga. Restaurants, bars, shops and the historic centre just a few minutes away. Our host was fantastic. Great communication and advice. Would highly recommend this modern, spotlessly clean apartment.

Our stay was amazing. The place is beautiful and clean and the views are spectacular. The villa is stylish and the details around the house is phenomenal. My kids were very happy in the pool which was heated and the amenities such as outdoor toilet and shower kept the house clean of water mess! The kitchen was very easy to use and there are plenty of areas to dine. If you want a family meal it’s possible but at the same time if you want to eat separately you can. Great place for families! It is very secure with convenient electric shutters on windows and doors. Plenty of light enters the house and the windows and doors are well furnished for both light and privacy. The service provided was also exceptional. Plenty of instructions around and the owner was a wattsapp message away 24/7. I am an average class UK citizen who can be very fussy when staying at places. So far this is the best place we have stayed in our holidays and cannot be faulted.

We had a great stay. we were unlucky with the weather but still managed to enjoy the outdoor space. fairly sure we will be back again 👍. Plenty of little shops only a couple minutes walk and lots of kids play parks. personal highlight for us having not visited fuengirola before was the "bioparc" zoo which was really impressive.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa ! Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé du début à la fin. Abe a été un hôte formidable, très accueillant et toujours disponible. La maison était superbe, parfaitement entretenue, avec une piscine qui a fait le bonheur de toute la famille. Nous avons vécu un moment convivial et chaleureux, dans un cadre idéal pour se retrouver en famille. Abe n’a pas hésité à nous donner de précieux conseils tout au long du séjour, ce qui a vraiment enrichi notre expérience. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés et espérons revenir très vite !

Javier was a lovely host. As it happens we visited Malaga during the terrible floods. Javier worked tirelessly to get the outside area spick and span after the horrendous weather. He worked solidly for two days to make us as comfortable as possible. On one of the evenings Javier kindly booked us a table for five at a local steak house. When we came to pay the bill we were told that Javier had paid this for our family. What a lovely gesture. Not what we were expecting at all. Really went above and beyond. We would definitively visit again during the summer months. Thank you Javier for your kindness during our stay. Although the weather wasn’t great we still had a good time. Thank you. This place is amazing! From the moment we booked Larissa and Raf. Were helpful and kind. Even after we checked in they still were so helpful. The photos do not compliment this house enough. It’s epic. The area and house was so clean. Nice size bedrooms ,bathrooms etc. massive living area. Outdoor space is great. Even the additional outside kitchen area with bbq. The pool is clean. Just a bit cold. We went end of April. The garden gets lots of sun 🌞 The area itself is quiet and 5-10min walk to local supermarkets. 20 min in a uber to Malaga I would highly recommend this house You sometimes find a place you feel comfortable to live in and would go back at the next opportunity. This is it. Thnx for making our holiday perfect.

David is a charming and very helpful host, always ready to answer any questions. We had a wonderful time, despite unlucky weather. The house is cozy and perfectly adapted for all the needs. We were stunned by the views, and the garden full of vegetables, orange trees, and chickens made each morning a delight <3 Just make sure to rent a reliable car, as the road from Cartama centre to the house is quite steep.

Great place. Private, good sized bedrooms, great kitchen with everything we needed. Swimming pool was a bit cold as we were there early April, but a few of us could swim when it was sunny. William met us and showed us around, lots of local recommendations in a book and a bottle of sparkling. Thank you very much William!

Donald er en sød og imødekommende vært. Det virker til at alt kan lade sig gøre og Donald var meget hjælpsom i forhold til hvad vi skulle se hvor vi skulle spise. Vi følte os virkelig velkommen. Lejligheden var ren og pæn og nydelig indrettet. Hyggeligt indrettet og perfekt til to personer. Rolig omgivelser i en hyggelig lille landsby. Mange tak for besøget.

What a wonderful Villa we’ve stayed in. Everything was great. Steve even got us a square table for us so we can play cards. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.

great accommodation, fantastic terraces/pool and view. it had everything we need and more. easy walking to restaurants and bars. it was very very cold indoors the first night so we had to utilize the electric heaters, it took 24 hours to heat to a comfortable temp but tripped the electricity off numerous times. All in all a fabulous stay, you won't be disappointed

Stephen was a great host, super responsive, helpful and friendly! He gave us a tour of the place, plus cool recommendations about the surroundings of the area and was always reachable. The house is a dream with an amazing view, everything was super clean and exactly as described. We had an amazing time there and felt secure and at ease. Overall, a great experience.

Victor and Teresa are amazing hosts and their apartment is great! everything was very clean and spacious! its a walkable distance to the center but there is also a bus station nearby. Well worth the money, especially with the parking which was a life saver! But the thing that stood out the most were Victor and Teresa,who were very welcoming and kind! I felt like i was visiting relatives and felt just like home!

Super dejlig lejlighed, med masser af lokale indkøbsmuligheder ( supermarked, bager, apotek, kyllingsælger) og mange små og hyggelige restauranter og barer. Louise er en meget imødekommende vært, og man føler sig meget velkommen i hendes lejlighed. Hun er god til at informere omkring de lokale faciliteter og muligheder, hun skrev endda til os og mindede om at der var markedsdag i Torre del Mar samme dag :-). hurtig respons og tilbagemeldinger på spørgsmål. En dejlig lejlighed og en super sød værtinde, som skal have 5 stjerner fra os.

Ons verblijf was erg fijn, mooie appartement met alles erop en eraan. De badkamers, slaapkamers waren schoon en netjes. De ligging was voor ons perfect, omdat we ook een auto hadden gehuurd. Mooie zwembad met mooi uitzicht.

Nice, clean apartment with the communal swimming pool, safe location with the garage. The host was very friendly and helpful, gave us lots of recommendations for visiting local places. It is easy, flat 10 minutes walk to the beach and the seafront to the nice La Cala Mijas town from the apartment with lots to! We visited in Spring, and the town weren’t too crowded, but still vibrant, friendly with lots of small restaurants with Spanish locals. There are a few supermarkets near the apartment, and the burger place DAK burger, which the host recommended was brilliant!

José est un hote exeptionnel! arrivé le jour d une coupure de reseau dans toute l espagne il nous a attendu patiemment en esperant croiser une famille de francais perdue😁. l appartement est d une propreté incroyable, parfaitement équipé,une terrasse geante abritée et acces à la plage en 20min à pied! un sejour parfait une perle rare

We had a lovely stay at Marga's place. The apartment is spacious and well equipped and we loved the artworks. The location is very good, even if the place is not at the first line. Everything needed was at a walking distance. Comminications with Marga was easy, fast and interesting. Marga also arranged a parking place for us and her friend Lili helped us when arriving and leaving. If we'll visit Fuengirola again, we surely consider renting this place again.

We spent more than a month in Yunquera and really enjoyed it 🥰 On sunny days rooftop terace was amazing for looking into the green valley below us. Everything in the city is easily reachable on foot, parking a car a bit further away from the apartment didnt cause us any problems. The house itself was very well equiped, and as we had some colder weather it was lovely to find a lot of blankets to keep us warm. AC also did a good job :) Dag and Mari Carmen are both friendly and helpful if needed. All in all, we feel lucky to have stayed in a place with such a view. Thank You and best of luck 🌻

Great great stay... wonderful little place just a block from the beach with a great view of the ocean. The entire area is just perfect. The locals are friendly, the place was clean, we had a very good stay. Only two minor issues: the dryer stopped working while we were there and, if like us, you searched for "hot tub", it's actually a jacuzzi bath tub not a stand alone "hot tub". Not a huge deal except the water heater doesn't have enough water to fill it up with hot water. Definitely not enough to take any stars off, the place was great and we really enjoyed it. I only mention these two items for those searching for those specific amenities. Jose was very responsive with questions we had.
