The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. Airport, Lidl and Avion shopping park are nearby. The apartment is very spacious - app. 70m2, a large bathroom, a living room with a projector, a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200) and crib and a desk. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The city center of Bratislava is app. 15min by bus or car.

We offer a newly renovated apartment located in the Old town, in a building from 1912 with high ceilings and exposed brick wall, located only 600 m from the Presidential Palace, which is an ideal starting point for exploring Bratislava, 500 m from the main Train station. One room apartment is within walking distance from many restaurants, clubs and and Bratislava landmarks (e.g. Main Square, Historic Opera House, Old Town Hall). Easy access around the city from nearby public transport stations. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and basic cookware. Foldout queen size bed. Folding sofa (unfolded comfortably accommodates one person). Bathroom with a bathtub. Linen and towels provided.

The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.

VivaLaVida is a renovated 45 m2 apartment. Located at 1 stop from the train station, 2 from the bus terminal, 4 from the historical center. Direct lines from the airport, to the castle area and surrounding city forests. There are cafés and children facilities in the nearby park. A variety of restaurants, pubs, grocery stores and tourist attractions within walking distance.
