Our stay was great. Their living room/sala was airconditioned so even if you cook, there’s no need for a fan. We just had a little problem upon checking in, the guests before us overstayed but we weren’t informed, maybe that was also the reason why some things were left at the bathroom. Thankfully, they offered a free extension before checking out. Would love to book the house again😊

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Location is perfect as it’s just behind SM North. Joemar was very responsive and we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already provided all the information we need during our stay.

Had a great stay at Gian’s condo unit! The location is super convenient—right in South Triangle and close to plenty of restaurants. The building also has a grocery and convenience store which made things even easier. The unit was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed, including Netflix for a relaxing stay. The aircon worked well, and Gian was very accommodating with our request for an extra mat. The interior gave us that cozy, elegant, Koreanovela condo vibe, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Just a heads-up: if you plan to use the pool, bring proper swimwear as they’re quite strict with the rules. Would definitely book again!

Our stay was amazing, my whole family loved the place. It was so big and clean. They all have the things that we needed, they wven let us borrow their big wok. My only concern was the master's bed room Aircon was not working properly, it was hot compared to the other 2 rooms.

I stayed at Tin’s condo for a month, and it was a great experience. Tin was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and perfect for my needs. The location was ideal—close to where I needed to be for work, with a mall just a short walk away (around a quarter to half a mile). I really appreciated having a washer in the unit as well; it made the long stay much more convenient. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The unit is so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes as well as very comfortable. We love the bay view and we were really surprised by how close it is to a lot of tourist spots! I would love to bring my family next time!

My friends and I had an excellent stay at Ms. Liezl’s unit. The host was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. The unit was clean and cozy, complete with everything we need including toiletries and the host was kind enough to provide freebies like bottled water and coffee for each guest (Thank you!). The view from the balcony alone is worth what you’ve paid for. Just to note that if you’re bringing your own car, make sure that you coordinate with booking a parking slot prior your arrival for a smooth check-in. I had a pleasant stay at this property. It was clean and matched the description in the listing. It has the best location and very close to SM Lazaro. The Wi-fi worked well. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She was easy to communicate with which I really appreciate. One thing to note is that toilet paper is not included as part of the amenities which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, an excellent stay overall!

I was impressed by our stay. The place is very strategic. It is just within the convenience of a mall, coffee shops, public tranpo and several good restaurants in Timog area. The host is prompt and responsive.

Our staycation was absolutely wonderful! Ms. Weng, the host, was incredibly approachable and accommodating. We even decided to extend our stay because we were enjoying it so much. The room had a lovely, hotel-like scent and was very clean. They also provided a guest kit and two fresh towels. We had a great time playing the game console, and the mini billiards table added a relaxing touch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience we’ll definitely recommend it to others and look forward to coming back soon!
